Pulse South Coast are one of the best training providers I have been to. The training team are flexible, highly knowledgeable, and it is obvious that there is a wealth of experience in front line emergency clinical care. The resources available and training environment cannot be faulted. If you've ever wondered what it's like to immobilize a casualty using a range of cool devices, your in luck, there are loads. The best part for me was the day on ECG's. Our trainer made a really complicated subject, remarkably straight forward. I have done a quite a few emergency first aid and trauma courses through the military and over the 15 years since leaving and I would rate this as one of my favourites.

Frec 4 training with pulse was not only knowledgeable but great fun. We had a fantastic teacher who went above and beyond to help us understand and achieve our qualification. If we didn’t understand something he would show us different ways to make sure we were all on the same board, nothing was ever a problem. Great course, fantastic company would highly recommend to any one wanting to gain their frec 4 xx

Pulse South Coast provided a very informative and helpful Mental Health First Aid course. The team felt they learnt a lot and enjoyed the course.

A great course delivered by a very good group of trainers

I've just completed my 5 day FREC3 course with Pulse South Coast and had an absolutely brilliant week. As a first aid trainer looking to expand my knowledge, this was perfect for me. Kris and Craig create a very relaxed but super informative training environment. The location was amazing and the first aid scenarios that were set up for us to respond to were as close to the real thing as you could get - real thought and effort had gone into them and the experience was invaluable.
Genuinely brilliant, fun engaging training from start to finish, I can't recommend Pulse South Coast highly enough.

Craig was a great teacher. He made the day interesting and informative and just at the right level for our group. We had a good laugh, but learned all we needed to. Craig was great at answering questions specific to our group needs too.

Craig delivered an Emergency First Aid at Work course for myself and 10 colleagues yesterday. Fantastic course, great content, a mixture of visual and practical aids. We all learned a lot and will be able to use skills to help those we Coach.

It was a very informative session and made to be fun so it was more engaging.

Recently completed a FREC 3 course with Pulse South Coast, the whole experience was excellent from the messages before booking all the way through to reciving certification.

The tutor was really good and eganging, made the lessons enjoyable, and the scenarios got progressivly more complex as the week went on.

I would recomend anyone looking to complete this qualification in the South to speak to Pulse South Coast.

Excellent instructors and very well explained practical and theoretical material.

The equipment is in excellent condition and cleaned after each session.

We had booked in for Pulse to run one of our EFAW courses for our client, however the instructor cancelled day before the course due to a family emergency, which is totally understandable, however despite sending numerous emails to try to re-arrange over a 3 week period, to date we have had zero response, I do see social media posts being placed regularly by the company since then. A shame that the company does not have the decency to reply to a repeat client but has time for social media. We have now found an alternative company to work with in. Unfortunately my opinion of the company is that they are unreliable and lack professionalism.

The training was individually tailored to suit the needs of our participants.
The trainers were great at communicating and imparting knowledge in a collaborative way. And allowed participants to ask as many questions as they could possibly think of.
The training included hands on practical exercises e.g. how to actually use a defibrator, how to perform first aid etc.

Kris and Craig were excellent trainers who clearly have a huge amount of knowledge and practical experience.
The content was really effectively delivered through a mix of classroom, video and practical learning. The practical scenarios were excellent.
I would use them again.

Pulse South Coast provide great trainers, great venue and great Scenarios. Next time I hope they go Bigger with the scenarios

Having just completed my Frec 3 course with Craig and the team, I have to say this has been one of the best courses I have ever attended. The experience of both Craig and Kris and being able to deliver real world experiences and supporting information and props has been so valuable. Highly recommend Pulse South Coast to everyone

The company as a whole are so fantastic there first responders are all properly vetted and really know there stuff. Incredibly work ethic and will never do things by half’s. The training courses they provide are truly incredible and go above and beyond not to just pass everyone but to make sure everyone leaves there course feeling confident and well equipped. Truly an amazing company with and great team and management, they go above and beyond for you !

Fabulous, friendly well delivered training, even though the subject matter can on occasions be hard going, their delivery makes it accessible, effective and enjoyable. Would recommend them to all.
