Ordered from this company and have had the worst experience. I ordered two items and they were sent in two separate packages. I did not receive my second item. I reached out to customer service department and they rudely told me it was delivered and there was nothing they could do. I let them know that nothing had been delivered and they send me a picture of my mailbox yet the notification mentioned it was left at my door. Why would the delivery driver show a mailbox if they have no access to it? My package is was not delivered and they refuse to offer a solution. Now I’m out of $50. Do not order from them, they do not care about customers.

Nach 1 Woche Tragezeit ist der Gummizug von 2 den selben Jacken in versch. Farben kaputt gegangen. Total schlechte Qualität. Würde nie wieder dort kaufen.

Do not recommend. Website states ‘easy returns’ which is not the case.
I reported that the jacket is a completely different colour to the website which it is but they will not refund.

Terrible, do not order!! The coat has lost any padding in the neck in less than a week of wearing. The email address is undeliverable and I can not contact for a refund. Looking at these reviews I wouldn’t get one anyway. Cheap rubbish, stay clear.

Awful company delivered to wrong adress…
Awful company delivered to wrong adress as you can see on the GPS delivery and will not refund or replace item rip off company ! Im now and fair bit out of pocket for something iv not received i have already provided my order number on trustpilot and several times through other means iv since done a charge back from my bank
