Puddingpotlids Anmeldelser

Disappointing experience with both customer service and accountability. The owner, Jana, showed little concern when my item failed to arrive and repeatedly shifted the responsibility onto me as the customer. This was despite me providing real time updates, evidence of my efforts to resolve the issue with the carrier, and proof that the shipping arrangement was through her business.

Rather than assisting or investigating on her end such as raising a claim with the carrier she maintained that it was entirely my problem. After getting nowhere through repeated emails, I ultimately initiated a chargeback through my bank and recovered my money.

It’s frustrating because I simply wanted the lids to use my pudding pots and had hoped to support a local business. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t reflect that expectation
especially when there are more affordable and customer focused options available elsewhere.

These kind of food contact items are illegal in the UK due to the formaldehyde contained withing the binding agent / melamine used to in production of flat bamboo items. Bamboo does not grow in that shape. Just think about it
