Blocked my domain because of telegram bot that reports automatically. Fake reason, and they ban for it. They say my site stealing crypto, but its not related to crypto at all.

My website went down while the account is still active. They are NON-RESPONSIVE.

This is my individual domain clicklute.com. This is registered on fastcomet.com. This domain has been running for the last 3 years.
Now my website is going to top of google ranking.

But suddenly i got the email from publicdomainregistry.com that your website (As the domain name is involved in running an escort website, we shall not be in a position to unsuspend the domain name and it shall remain suspended.)

Your website has been restricted due to solicits for prostitution in India, where soliciting is a crime. My website was gaining good traffic on google after that suddenly they came here and restricted this domain without any earlier information or email.
They suspended my website without pre information.

According to the Indian Supreme court:
We are covered by the protections of the Article 21 (Constitution of India) According to the Supreme Court of India.

After all these happened I have mailed to fastcomet support and publicdomainregistry.

So Fastcomet said "Since the domain is suspended due to AUP violation, it will not be possible to update the Nameserver records until the domain is unsuspended."

And publicdomainregistry Said "As the domain name is involved in running an escort website, we shall not be in a position to unsuspend the domain name and it shall remain suspended."

According to that both are dealing to sell this domain without my permission and they are doing fraud with me.
If they have any problem then they should provide me with any evidence regarding that website so I can change or remove the content from the website which can be run.

Without any information they can't restrict this website or sell.
I have given my hard work for the last 3 years and now I got this website on google ranking and suddenly they restrict this website and try to sell on a high amount to others.

I got a bankaccount phishing scam email, originating from one of their IPs. and sended the full header and the full email to their abuse department, but they denied to take action, because its "not enough evidence" for them, I should "elaborate it".
Obviously this company tries to protect their fraudulent customers and scammers, because sending full headers is standard procedure for reporting abuses.
I recommend to everyone having trouble with their abuse dep, to point to the ICANN conditions for registrars, and if they not take action, to submit a complaint to ICANN about this registrar.

Contact form is not good at all. there is no email confirmation after submitting the online form!!!

No customer support email address to help you with any problems you are facing!!!

Absolutely zero response from customer support, the enquires form doesn't work, phone calls go direct to voicemail and are not responded to.
On our experience, avoid at all costs.

This is the most unorganised joke of a registry they have no idea what is going on and try and steal domain names from the back end. They need to be investigated thorough by ICANN and have their license removed. Please make a complaint to ICANN if they try and block or remove your site without just cause.

I think the PublicDomainRegistry is abusing its power.

SPAM SCAM! Since buying a domain I now have to transfer and delete my email address, thanks to them selling my contact info.

Fraud/scam company. Must be shut down. No one ever answers the phone. They try to make themselves seem like a USA company but they are a sham company from pakistan. Beware. They are linked to Octalogo.com, makeitdigital.com, pda.com

This is a scam. The list of problems these criminals cause your domain is too long to list. Just don't get involved with them or anyone they resell through. I PROMISE YOU, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

poor communication, located in India but hiding behind the shell of reseller club, host gator. check who is registering your domains because when they stuff up, your dealing with the worst customer service and will have long down time waiting for contact as there is no number.
