Ptera Jewelry is designed by Jennifer Fleites, a second-generation Cuban-American inspired by the beauty of nature and the magic of fairytales. Ptera offers demi-fine pieces crafted in 925 sterling silver and 18k gold vermeil, alongside fine jewelry made in 14k solid gold and adorned with precious gemstones such as sapphires, rubies, emeralds, and diamonds. Through Ptera’s bespoke process, you can also choose to have your piece custom-made in platinum or 18k gold. Every design is brought to life through a thoughtful process of 3D modeling, casting, and hand-finishing. To Jennifer, fairytales and happily ever afters represent a return to the joy and wonder we felt as children—when the world around us shimmered with possibility. Her designs are meant to speak to the little girl within us: to make her smile, to make her dance, to help her feel like a princess again. Jennifer hopes that Ptera jewels make you feel truly beautiful—like a quiet ritual that reminds you of who you are, and the beauty still waiting to be found, even in the darkest moments.
