Psychic Reader Jobs (Psychic Sofa) Anmeldelser

I work with psychic sofa as a telephone reader and have done for around 18 months. Apart from my introduction onto the platform, I have liaised with staff around 2x in total. This is a reflection of their experience and expertise on selecting genuine readers (who all have a test read before being accepted rather than taking on board anyone who has a set of tarot or oracle cards), who have experience not only with readings but also with speaking and listening to people.
I have never been under any pressure to work longer (as with other lines, which I have worked on over the years) than is convenient to me. I can log on and off as I like.

As mentioned prior, I have worked on other lines and I must honestly state, that Psychic Sofa have the best clients out there. They genuinely want to talk and take on board readings.

Average pay rates with potential bonus and smooth payments, which I chose weekly payment into my bank account.
The lines have their busy times, and it’s not often I have to wait long for a call.

Thank you to the entire staff at Psychic Sofa, working together to provide us, the readers, with a friendly and professional approach, a good platform to work from, with always a good telephone signal and an easy to navigate logon pages.
This is my favourite working place.

Excellent place to work very high standards and quite rightly, I have worked for this company for a long time now the last year has been hard for me and I haven't been able to log on as I normally would I have fought personal illness and under gone a lot of treatment and only a few weeks ago I lost my baby brother and through out this time this company has given me the time ive needed I personally dont think you'd find a better company to work for nor find a better mix of readers with various skills at your service

As a reader firstly Thank you to an amazing team the marketing and communication from yourselves to us as readers is appreciated.
As a psychic medium ,I’ve worked for many years both face to face and on telephone lines this has been an amazing space for me to use and connect with some great people my clientele list is like a diamond to me , from celebrities to normal people everyone’s valued and it’s a very good price for the people accessing the service.
I have personally been able to offer evidence to help bring closure , a sense of peace and healing vibes without any nonsense.
The approach of the service from staff allows us the space we need with the marketing pressure taken away,
We are always informed if the service is busy you have an option to choose your own hours and a profile to add this too at your convenience.
Allowing clients to get notified when your working helps people all over the world not just one country.
The staff have an amazing team that see things through if you have an issue you can talk they don’t talk down to you or make you feel silly .
If you can only work and hour in a day your not penalised if you need a break you have an option to take one.
It’s straight forward you log in and pick up the phone use of tools if you have any can be added to your profile.

Your not fumbling around it’s a simple piece of gentle music until the client connects.

We do sometimes have to bear in mind we may get some people whom only have your voice to trust or need someone to offload onto it’s up to you how you deal with those drawn to you . Polite as is a key I’ve found helps make the team unique and experiences with staff have only demonstrated this.

The biggest thing is being honest from intuition to reading the cards .
What makes this service stand out is the fact that you hear and see progress you don’t have to ask for a review or feel unworthy if you haven’t made a connection.
Emails to telephone calls from staff testing a line to just asking for some help or advise within company guidelines is always on hand.

I’ve appreciate my time here I’m very grateful.

I have worked for Psychic Sofa now for many years. They are the best to work for and I have worked for a fair few sites over the years and horror stories come with them! If you do your stuff well they allow you to just get on and do it. I have grown as a reader through speaking to people on the other end of the phone, whom I would not normally have the chance to read for, so it brings in a new dimension to my work. If you ever have a problem with a customer or anything else, they are always just at the other end of the phone. I will repeat, they are the best platform I have worked for and they have utmost respect for their readers and that is why I have stayed with them for so long. I am very proud to be a Psychic Sofa Reader x

I have worked as a reader for Psychic Sofa for a few months and I am impressed with their prompt payment scheme. Also the ease of accessing the website or logging on via landline. There is no pressure to perform or expectations or targets of unrealistic hours achieved. The reader can choose how much they can give to the work according to their own schedule.

I have been working for Psychicsofa now since 2015 and i have loved my time with them, the staff have always been there to support me and any help i have needed. I cant see myself working for anyone else.
The staff are amazing, and a great company to work for.

Very good experience working for this company, therefore I give it a good rating overall.

I have been working for Psychic Sofa now for a few weeks and I must say how much I enjoy the freedom of logging on for as little or as long as I like.

I've worked at Psychic Sofa on & off since 2018, I must say that they're an awesome company to work with as an Agent. Their rates are some of the best in the field & they treat their staff with respect which is nice as they also expect the same from the customers we engage with at any given time. Their customer clientele base are some of the best people to read for. For these reasons, I can honestly say that I've received a 5 star service. Thank you awesome people for all your efforts & hard work. It's been a pleasure working alongside yourselves.

I have worked alongside Psychic Sofa on their website/platform for a very long time, over ten years now! They are a lovely company to work with and as a Reader/Medium, this is a great platform to use your spiritual/psychic gifts. Psychic sofa provide an extremely professional, kind, caring and more importantly to me, Spiritual service, both for their many clients and for YOU as a Reader. There are many clients who use the service from all over the world and you have opportunity to build a great client base. The Psychic Sofa team are just an email/phone call away if you need them and are ALWAYS very helpful and supportive . If you have a gift to offer and wish to guide and help others whilst working from the comfort of your own home and choosing the hours that suit you and fit around your life (Psychic Sofa’s platform is available 24 hours) then Psychic Sofa is definitely the company to go to. Wonderful company to work for. ☺️🥰

Always been a very fair understanding and helpful company to work with. Look forward to continuing to work with them.

Lovely company to work for and had no problems with them

I have been a Reader for Psychic Sofa for a couple of years and I enjoy working for them, as I am able to work the hours to suit around my family. The phone lines are always busy, with new and returning Clients. I have connected with lots of lovely people during readings and I find their site easy to use and follow and I like the new website page, as there are now more options. All in all, I enjoy my work through them ... Guiding Light

A great contract to have with very helpful and friendly staff. 🙂

The Psychic Sofa team has been overall efficient, helpful, and friendly. It's a pleasure working with this company as a member of the psychic readers.

I was welcomed and excellent to work for, lines very busy

I,ve been with psychic sofa for over a year now and they have been a great company to work for I can work any time I choose with weekly pay plus a bonus, the phone line is always busy and there,s plenty of work with returning clients

In an industry where companies can change hands and change styles overnight, Psychic Sofa have remained very consistent and supportive. The recruitment process was straightforward and friendly and the same people still talk to me today, several years later. The online interface is the best I have worked with and when there are glitches (rarely) they are dealt with quickly.

Great support from the website team. Easy to use.
There were some occasional glitches with texts received for instance but quickly got sorted once flagged.
The rate per minute makes it a bit hard to my opinion as you have to take a lot of calls to make it worth and can energetically be draining when reading for so many people.
