If you reset or lose your console, you immediately lose all your games. What a scam. Well done, PSNAccounts — this is beyond ridiculous. Don’t trust the review below, it’s completely fake. Either way, it’s unavoidable: a console can always fail, so the scam is guaranteed.

I am almost 100% sure these are stolen accounts. I bought a Switch game and the account seems active; there is a lot of playtime on it and as soon as I added it to my switch I was logged out of it with no way to log back in. I can see the email and payment information they have attached to their account which is worrying? I have contacted their customer service (apparently a ‘live’ chat that is never live) - they say to wait 12 hours for a reply but it has been over 24 at this point with no answer. The game still works on my own account for now but I have a feeling I’ll get locked out and have no way to access it again.
Edit: Even after their ChatGPT generated reply, they are still lying as the account had playtime so it was not newly created - I could have downloaded their other games too if I wanted. And the ‘support’ is not live as I have been waiting over 60 hours for a reply.

Scammers. I've purchased a Mario Kart 8 Switch account and the account came without the game. I've contacted support several times about it and they refused to acknowledge the lack of the game even despite clear evidence sent to them. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam, they keep prices low because they can scam this easily.

I had some issues with the activation but the customer service help well

Was good, bought a game account from psnaccounts it said on the product page a maximum delivery time of 24 hours, my order was delivered after about 11 hours, super happy! 😀

SCAMMERS. I bought a key for pokémon shining pearl, couldn’t log into the account, aksked for help, in 48 hours they responded twice with the same unhelpful email and after that they just stoppes responding, still no game for me, never buy here you will regret it.

I obtained a account key for for Pikmin 3 from GAMIVIO and put all the details in the order information. In the video guide the guy says to wait 60 seconds and press submit again to get your 5 digit pin and password. Except when i do that, it just resubmits another request. Now im in just a loop. I left a message for the livechat but i dont have too much faith in that.

I'm giving one star because I can't give less. They say it takes 24 hours, and they keep you waiting and waiting for something that takes 10 minutes. You talk to the customer service chat, and it's a useless bot. This is the first and last time I've bought anything from them. Any website is faster than them, I've checked.

Dont trust these positive feedbacks they are fake. They sold me like the other dude an Nintendo Account and I can play only with that account not with my own. There was a credit card/random address inside these accounts so they are definitely stolen. DONT PAY 40€ FOR STOLEN ACCOUNTS ESPECIALLY IF YOU CANT PLAY ON YOUR OWN ACCOUNT. Support doesn’t help and only ship you a video which says you need to download data instead of loading the virtual game card and with that you cant play with your own account. Also cant change password/email, they say accounts are legit but can’t login itself to change data lmao. Total scam

Waited for 20 hours now still havent recieved anything no email no account bad service no responds in customer service DO NOT BUY HERE

edit: first account was stolen and already some other switch as primary activated. second account they gave me was also from some random woman and was also preactivated via another switch so they are 100% hacked accounts, dont buy it, you cant even play on your own account and they tell you only after buying.

edit again: ah nice that they are telling you to go to their support and everything they are telling "sorry its the only method" thats so completly bullshit. if you say these accounts are legit, why there are other switches preactivated? and not has been disabled?
