Amazing and kind help when I needed it, having struggled for all my uni years with stats Rob was brilliant :)

I have worked with PSI Connect to get support in several different areas in my professional life. Ben has been amazing at simplyfying complex ideas to be easily understood. He has simplified the process of completing thesis and a rapid review for me, making the process of completing those projects much more manageable.

I have completed sessions to prepare for Masters level admission interview, these sessions were instrumental to me feeling confident and prepared.

Ben is extremely knoweledgable, professional, and most importantly it feels like he genuinely cares to see his clients succeed. I highly endorse PSI Connect as being an invaluable service to univerisity students and professionals.

Ben Schultz was an absolute disaster. After several sessions with him, I learned that he doesn't listen to the client, intimidates them with a frustrated tone of voice, is incredibly inconsistent in his instruction and then blames the client on a poor outcome. What he preaches to the client, he certainly does not practice in his approach. He showed up late to the class and did not allow myself to take direction of what i wanted to study and where I wanted it to go. His instructions for myself as the student were totally out of place and suited for a board room meeting, not a student who has paid him almost 200 dollars for assistance. He dominated the session in an awful way where I was too affected to say anything and spoke to me in a patronizing way. I would never recommend Ben for any kind of role in this capacity.

Edit: I have been sent three messages by trust pilot initiated by Ben Schultz's reports about my review. The first, Ben flagged it falsely claiming it was defamatory. The second, Ben complained because it included his name, despite the fact that his name is on the website everywhere and he was the tutor in my sessions. The third, because Ben requested that I fill out a further information form about times and dates otherwise the review may be removed. Yes this experience 'relates' to psi connect because i unequivocally had several sessions with Ben Schultz. The idea that this would be denied is unwarranted but typical of his arrogant style. His response below is consistent with the arrogant, falsely accusing nature I experienced of Ben in my sessions. It is denying my experience of him as though it never happened. I have the bank receipts, I did the zoom sessions from last year to this year - no matter the front he puts up - it cannot be denied. I will state again: Ben was extremely critical in an unfair, misplaced, unprofessional manner, extremely negative, intimidating where I experienced anxiety, dishonest, manipulative, inconsistent and unaccountable in the errors in his instructions/advice. None of his instructions worked out and there was no acknowledgement at all from Ben about this in relation to it being explicitly his advice i followed. Instead, he blamed myself, rewrote the script and gave me more bad instruction to follow that i ignored. Ben Schultz is a fraud, he is dishonest, manipulative and blames the student on poor outcomes who followed his instruction. I would never recommend Ben Schultz in any capacity.

Sara was very easy to talk to and provided helpful, actionable feedback on my work. She was able to answer all my questions and made me feel confident about my next steps.

Rob was very helpful and patient throughout my statistical tutoring experience and very knowledgeable in using SPSS.

Ben is insightful, patient and detailed in providing support to navigate tricky or unclear assignment rubrics. Could not recommend highly enough!

I only wish I had found PSI Connect sooner! Rob has been absolutely brilliant at guiding me through the tail end of my honours degree, specifically with understanding research methods and improving my academic writing skills. If I could give 10/10, I would! I have gone back to postgraduate study after 25 years and my Descriptive and Inferential Statistics needed some work. My tutor Rob has been beyond patient with me and answers my questions and explains things to me so I can understand. My appreciation to him is enormous!
