We travelled as a family to Wolverhampton and from the moment we got on the coach to the moment we got off we all felt like VIP’s. Truly exceptional service and facilities on board. Matt is just a brilliant man, genuinely conscious of our experience and to be fair he made the whole experience that level above anything we have ever experienced. Can’t wait to travel with Proximity again very soon. Top top class.

I needed a bus for 17 people for my son's wedding. I had spent some time online looking at reviews and emailing a few companies and asked if they could email me back as I couldn't answer my phone in work. Proximity responded quite promptly and had the best quote. I felt my request was a little awkward as it wasn't as straightforward as picking us up, dropping us off and picking us up later as there were 2 venues involved but both Lisa and Astrid were very professional and sympathetic dealing with my all my questions. Adam, our driver was absolutely great. Very punctual and very professional and accommodating. The weather got a bit bad whilst transporting us from the church to the reception and took twice as long as usual due to bad traffic but Adam took it all in his stride and got us all there safely. I would highly recommend Proximity and they will be the first ones I go to if I ever need a bus or coach in the future. Thank you so much guys, you really helped make the day run smoothly.

We are a day care centre for the over 50's with varying needs. We recently used Proximity coach travel for a trip to the Isle of Wight. The Proximity team went above and beyond with wonderful customer service, back of house and on the day with incredibly helpful and efficient drivers, who were very professional and understanding of our members needs. We booked a 53 seater coach for an association road trip in June. The booking process was fantastic with great communication from the team at Proximity. The driver on the day was accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Matt regularly checked in with us to ensure everything was ok. Great service.

Booked the 53 seater executive coach for our large group of families for a day out to Barry Island in Wales. The communication before the booking was professional and very helpful. Coach came on time, Alex our driver drove safely and was very cordial and professional. The on board toilet was very handy and clean. The seats were very comfortable and the AC kept us cool on a hot day! The charging slots on each seat made sure we never ran out of power! All in all an excellent day out - thanks to you! 😊

Proximity Travel reassure you. They are great communicators and organisers. I recently contracted them for a 13 day tour with 28 Americans from Edinburgh to London. Everything went to plan but, more importantly, the drivers were good and I felt that I was looked after throughout the period. As a guide I’ve dealt with coach companies for over 30 years and have often felt nervous post booking. Not with these guys.
