I had a great experience with Ahmad Fawad as he was my real estate agent. He always meet expectations, very honest and helpful also for just advising not only within his job.
He really went out of his way to help me and I appriciate this.
I will recommend anyone to ask about him or to go to Provident as their services are the best on the market so far.

Having bought a property which was a poor experience from one of the large developers. Trying to find a decent, professional and trustworth company to manage the rental was a concern.
Reached out to a few of the large firms and many did not respond or showed little interest, the exception of Provident.
From the 1st interaction Nishad was totally transparent, very clear on the process and engagement with Provident. Since then Nishad, Imee and the rest of the team have been superb. There was alot to sort out, all issue left behind by the developer and they ensured all items addressed, followed by the marketing and within 1week tenants found.
They wont be aware this is going online but my way of saying thanks!

Ishan and I were contacted by Imran Khan regarding snagging at our townhouse in Cherrywood’s. We had had so many issues with the developer Meraas and Imran Khan made things easier for us. He even turned up at the snagging and knew exactly what he was doing and what to look out for. The email he sent us was evident it wasn’t a typical Dubai agent and we decided to call him back and deal with him. It was a real pleasure speaking with him. He understood what we wanted and our end goal. We have given him our townhouse to lease for us and have instructed him to look for other units for us to buy. We are so happy to have come across him.
