The products are beautiful, no problem with that at all. Only.... fault, they took a long time to arrive

These arrived safely and undamaged. Fitted to my bed (it did take two of us!) but what a difference they make. The fitted sheet never used to stay in place and was a complete pain. Not any more. These keep it firmly in place - brilliant!

Takes too long in transit. I have only just received it , 29 June, and put it in the garden so I won’t know how good it is until it lights up. I ordered this on the 3 June so your delivery schedule leaves a lot to be desired.

Arrived well packaged. Lovely easy to use hair dye. Turned out great. No horrible after odour. took a bit longer to arrive than I thought it would on ordering. But was worth the wait.

Ordered garden solar lights, they took well over a month to arrive, and when they did, they were faulty. I’ve asked for a refund 3 times, goods are faulty and therefore full refund requested. Their CS then entered into bargaining with me. How about we refund you £3, declined and requested full refund. How about we give you £5! Obviously a complete con. I would advise anyone not to order from this company, as if you have to return faulty items, it becomes obvious they’re not legit.

The items arrived and they look like I thought they would. I haven't put them on the corners yet. But I am hoping they will do the job. Very prompt service and was kept up to date.

Very pleased with the magnetic drawer labels, just wish it included “spanners” rather than “wrenches”, but I can live with that!

I like the cross and it is soothing to use. I was not pleased that it cost more in postage than it did for the cross itself.
