I ordered a stylus for my iPad. Unfortunately the stylus maker made a mistake in the description so when I received the item, I queried this with Protronica (obviously this was not the fault of Protronica). They looked into my query and confirmed that the manufacturer had indeed made a mistake. What was amazing was that they refunding my purchase but allowed me to keep the pen!

Amazing! What great service and would definitely use them again.

I received the item I ordered within one working day. Although I bought a number of products via Internet so far, I've never seen such a high speed delivery in UK except for Amazon.

Had not used Protronica before, so didn't know what to expect - so delighted when the delivered goods arrived in 30 hours :-)

I ordered on Monday and the item was delivered Tuesday! Although I was out when they tried to deliver, but that wasn't a problem as I could pick it up from the parcel depot nearby. Really good service that was quick. The order process was easy and they kept me informed of the process of my order. Which is 'way' better than some online outfits. I would happy recommend them to others and use them again if the need should come about.

This purchase is a christmas gift so we won't know if it works correctly until after December 25th but from a purchasing standpoint everything was very good.

Item was originally out of stock, but they told me when they would have stock, called me on that day and delivered when they said they would, so I am very pleased.

I phoned for information on a product and received excellent advice.

I would have liked more information on site to help me understand the difference between the cheaper / more expensive covers. What added value / benefits the more expensive cover would provide.

product delivery and packing superb bout performance very poor

Despite many people trying never got docking station working two times in a row so had to give up. Anyone want to but a second hand, hardly used henge dock?

After having to send back a battery that barely held 30mins of charge, i was sent another that barely holds 2 hours. It beats 30 mins but is NOTHING compared to the long life declared on the website.

This is using the laptop for the same functions as i ever had previously - which would normally give me about 6 hours of battery life from the standard in-built Apple battery. This is all with respect to the Macbook Pro 13"

I have now had a chance to test the battery out int he field - on riverbanks, up mountains and in the coastal environment and it does the job superbly keeping me mobile and effective. All in a day's work for Hyperjuice!
