Great price, everything is clear in the policy documentation. This insurance gives me certainty, reassurance, and confidence that in the event of an incident, I will be looked after.

I received a renewal message a few weeks ago and forgot about it. Luckily, I was sent another message much nearer to the renewal date and I then renewed the policy.

After reading many good reviews on a Home Boarding Facebook page, which I am a member of, I decided to delve deeper into what Protectivity could offer. I had just received my insurance renewal and I normally automatically renew as I'd been with my previous insurers for 10 years without any issues. When I compared like for like components of my insurance policy, it became clear that Protectivity could offer much more for less, so I decided to 'jump ship' and said goodbye to my longstanding insurers. Hopefully, I won't regret my decision, but from the reviews I've read about Protectivity, I doubt it. They appear to be able to differentiate between Home Boarding and Kennels, which is what I was looking for and something I wish the local council would understand, and tailor their licensing forms accordingly. Home Boarding is very different to Kennels. Protectivity clearly know the difference.

The process was very straightforward. I received a quote straight away and was able to tailor it to meet our requirements. The premium was very competitive too.

Protectivity Insurance is value for money. I use it for my Dog Walking Business and it covers lots of aspects of my business. The increase each year is minimal and is really affordable.
