I dispise the whole concept of insurance, but needs must sometime. Protectivity Insurance has restored a little faith, it was completely trouble free. The website is excellent, bold, clear and very easy to use. I needed insurance for a craft stall so the insurance is taylored to what I sell. Obviously I've not had to contact them for a claim so I can't comment, but if the interaction so far is anything to go by, I believe they may be the best insurers for stall holders etc. Highly recommended.

For first time craft insurance it was great, then the price was more the second year, but ridiculous when I wanted to increase cover.
This year's quote extortionate. I cancelled my policy on renewal notice, then my direct debit, they then reinstated my direct debit, although they'd acknowledged i was not renewing. Fuming. X
