I have not received my order as of today which almost 30 days after the original order date. I cannot give a response due to the fact that I do not have the item you are asking me to give my opinion about. Thanks

I have not received my order and my grandchildren are coming to visit in August

I saw these beautiful dresses online, The model swirling around wearing this long and flowing and beautiful material that looked like a soft cotton or a jersey material. I bought 2. What I got after waiting almost a month was a cheap polyester spandex that had a satiny sheen to it that looks like a pair of cheap bed sheets. There wasn't even a manufacturer's label on the dresses along the neckline. The only tag that was on either dress was one on the inside near the bottom showing that it was made in China, the size and how to launder it. Their tracking of the parcel was ridiculous. When I first placed the order I was given a tracking platform and a number and showed that it was being packed and leaving Spain. That was June 26th and by July 13th, I was asking where the parcel is and then I got an email that morning saying that the parcel had arrived at Canada customs and then that same night I got another email saying that the items weren't available in my country and so they were placing another order and this time it was coming from China and it had a different tracking number and tracking platform then the first order. When I reached out to them and asked them how to return these items for refund, I was told that they would offer me $7 US as Goodwill I paid 80.57 US that translated into Canadian dollars at 119.00. I told them that was not acceptable and they came back with $12 US. I told him that was not acceptable and then they said that The items sent were in line with what was advertised which they are nothing like what was advertised. They came back with $19 as their final offer and I now have a complaint in with PayPal. Hoping to get my refund. I will never ever ever order from this outfit again as long as I live. 100% misleading 0% customer service through the entire process.

I liked the online notifications keeping track of the shipping progress. But it took too long to actually get the product! The approximate date of arrival should be told to the customer. I bought them for a vacation trip and didn't receive them until after I returned.

It took almost a month to get the hat from when I placed the order. There was communication along the way on the tracking status and the hat is in great condition as expected. But if you want this quickly don't hold your breath!

Shipping took a long time but you were honest about it. I love the shirts.

The illustration for this toy seemed to portray a multiheaded sprayer attached to a garden hose. What a received were 5 separate sprayers with no way to attach to a garden hose. The advertisement was deceptive.
And it took two weeks to arrive. I did not see any indication it was coming by ship from Portugal and could not possibly arrive by my grandson's birthday.
They sprayers are cheaply made and likely will break the first time my grandchildren use them.

Like the shirt. The shipping took several weeks but happy when it finally arrived. Ordered 6/26. Received 7/18. Thank you

I love the tops but I ordered a red and it’s more rust colored. I love the blue one!

The directions were not clear but once I figured it out it worked well.

I received both shirts I ordered both did not look like the item I ordered they stated they would be loose. The items are tight around the neck and fit like crop tops very disappointed looked terrible on! how can I return these shirts!!

The tops are very cute & light weight for summer! The only issue it did take a while to get but the updates were helpful.

It appears to be a useful charger that I can put in my travel bag to use when I forget my regular charging cord. It would have nice if some instruction was included

Everything was fine except delivery took longer from ordering to arrival than I anticipated.
