Poor quality
I tried to reach out to customer service in regards to my keyboard cover, I called and emailed and no one responded. The keyboard cover is very loose and the mouse cover is super inconvenient you can’t use it if the cover is on. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Shipped quickly, as described
Shipped quickly, well-packaged, as described. Fits over the keyboard beautifully, except that it was a bit too large over the numerical keypad. But I used my hair dryer on it and the plastic shrank to fit the keys there. Now it's perfect.

Keyboard cover great; mouse cover not so.
The keyboard cover fit great! But with the mouse cover installed, I could not operate the scroll wheel. I tried cutting off that portion of the cover but the wheel still got hung up in the cover.
For now, I have removed the mouse cover.
UPDATE: Please send me a mouse cover with the scroll wheel cover area removed; maybe that will help!

Hi Jim, thank you for your review! You are right, we keep the scroll wheel closed in our covers as some customers use excessive liquids and prefer it this way. We can cut the area open if preferred. I would happy to ship you one free of charge?
UPDATE: we will ship you a new mouse cover with open scroll wheel. Tracking will be provided through your e-mail. Thank you

Wrong Product Sent!
I ordered a European-style keyboard cover (ISO) and got a US-style keyboard cover instead. I'm in the UK and had to pay a lot for a parcel-forwarding service to get it here (they only ship to the US/Canada). If I'd wanted a US-style keyboard cover, I would've gotten one of the many cheaper and faster-delivered options. The product was delivered to the forwarding service on the 21st of July and was recieved today on the 27th. My order reference number was #1000501498.
UPDATE 5/8/25
They did send me a replacement which was the right keyboard layout (ISO) however the keys did not align; if I aligned the letter keys, the FN keys wouldn't be aligned, the number pad wouldn't align and it covered my laptop's mousepad and vent. I tried using scissors to solve this problem to no avail. Next time, I'll probably just suck it up and get a US layout keyboard elsewhere.

Hi Raz H. I am so sorry for this! That is absolutely my mistake. We saw the EURO version ordered for a US address and assumed wrong. Please send your UK address to us through support@protectcovers.com and we will send you a replacement cover directly to the UK. Thanks for reaching out.
UPDATE 8/5/25
Thank you Raz for your feedback and I am glad you received our replacement covers that we shipped with DHL Express to the UK for you. I am sorry to hear the covers did not fit your laptop. The product you ordered is designed for the HP ProBook 450 G6 and G7 EURO version. Would that be the notebook you have? You can also e-mail me some photos (you have my e-mail).
Excellent Product
I received my keyboard cover quickly. It fit perfectly! I have tried others that didn't work well.

Shop Use
Our computers in the shop pick up a lot of dirt, dust, and grime. This cover protects keyboard while still allowing functionality. We received the product in a timely manner too.

Pass this brand by...
Poor quality. Logitech branded covers are perfect with better fit and thicker material with no folding adhesive flaps.

Fast delivery, and covers the entire keyboard including its wrist pad
I received a relatively fast delivery, and the keyboard cover fits quite precisely over my keyboard. One thing I noticed was the addition of more adhesive strips that attach to the upper part of the keyboard. While I'm sure this offers a more precise fit and it does not have the lower adhesive strips that were on flaps that went under the keyboard that would impede access to the battery compartment, however, this seems like it might be more tedious and involved when removing the cover for cleaning. However, this is just a minor issue at best, not enough to remove a star from my rating. It's still a great cover that covers the entire keyboard as well as the wrist pad at the bottom. Others that I researched only covered the keys.
