Ordered skins, all good , delivery Time was about 10 days. Good Quality

Have loved these leggings for over 10 years.
Sent an email comparing about the latest pair’s quality and got one back saying email address not recognised/ found. Filled out a form and no word.
No longer good quality and just a rip off with no customer service. Also if you try and ring their line, no one ever answers. One very long and loyal customer lost.

I returned 2 items on 20th Feb I had an email to say I had to wait 15 days for my refund ... I have sent many emails they all bounce back ..tried calling it says number no longer in use .. £69.75 is a lot money to me maybe they have gone under but there must be administraters .. tried my bank no luck .dont pay them any money I am going to contact trading standards.

I definalty think Proskins has folded, i have rang, emailed and DMd them dozens of times yet no response, then this weekend i see that their server is down. at least they cannot take any more money with out providing the product, i returned an item months ago, still not recieved refund

I bought two pairs of proskin leggings two years ago - they were fabulous. Have recently placed another order last month and needed to return some items. The Royal Mail link to get the free returns label was not working. I emailed them to tell them this and the email was responded to saying they knew and I could send the items back at my own expense or wait. I asked if they would extend the return period if I waited for the link to work. NOTHING. Had bad vibes so returned the items at my cost. I've not had a refund yet so tried to chase them up today. Website not working and email address bounces back. I expect they've gone under unfortunately and I'll have to suck up the financial loss. @Proskins, my order number was PS125980 for proof

Do not buy - they take your money and when you return an item they don’t refund I am waiting 4 weeks now, the phone number is always an answering message and emails bounce back!!

Could be improved on.
The leggings n shorts n knickers do indeed feel silky get snug like air leggings, a second skin. They’re not see through. However:

The legging seams leave deep welts in the skin. Stitching too big n wide.

The knickers have a scalloped frill edge like old ladies drawers instead of a contemporary flat Seam finish. The gusset stitching was fraying in the pack before wear. Maybe an off batch. They do not fully cover the bottom so miss the cellulite. Quite big over the tummy where I don’t need that however others might. Suggest different cuts best inc g string. Bought some shorts instead to make up for lack of coverage.

Suggest a pair of PJs woukd be an idea eg Long John style.

Could do better! However the actual material is very comfy.

Fabric is completely see through, not fit for purpose

Awful leggings, very restrictive and feels like compression.
As for getting a refund. Took 3 weeks and numerous emails. Take money quickly enough - slow to refund. Does not take 15 days when other companies can refund with 7.
Wouldn't ever buy from again

Having made my initial complaint, I still have had no response from Proskins!
The response from them was that the company on our payment details were not them! Very strange as all the information on how to make a purchase from THEM to buy THEIR product was on THEIR TV advertisement! Total scam! Shambolic!!!

I cannot understand why the presenters could say they wore as pyjamas and for 8 hours I found them so irritating I could not even stand them on for 8 minutes but as I have been shielding until recently I am not prepared to risk attending either an Asda store or PO so a very expensive error

First pair of the "Slim Range" leggings, I bought approx 2 years ago. I was a bit sceptical, but hey, proved wrong they really made a difference to my skin texture. Recently I bought a few other items and I'm sad to say I think they were rejects or something. Again all from the slim range, the top is sitting at an angle when worn and the leggings do nothing for my skin, leads me to believe they do not have the ingredients within the fabric. Too expensive for me to give it a go again. Shame really because the fabric is really nice but you can get really nice leggings for half the price. On a slightly better note I did buy the anti ageing gloves and they definately make my skintone smoother and softer.
