I have had pro property do lots of jobs over the years, including new kitchen, boiler, fuse board, bathroom…. This week Andy has done some external decorating and as with everyone in this company he has been courteous and careful and I am really pleased with his work.

Excellent response and service from Pro property for a recent issue with my toilet.

I have also used Pro Property for a boiler install which was excellent. I now rely on them to carry out regular servicing.

I now turn to Pro Property for all my plumbing needs and will consider using this company for an other projects that I may plan in the future.

This company is reliable, they book quick appointments and turn up as planned and will send reminders to customers confirming appointment times.

When the engineers turn up they are very good at what they do and fix my issues quickly and with minimum fuss.

Ben Myers recently attended my property and he was tidy and polite confirming once again why I use this company.

After accepting the quote a date to fit Wetwall to my shower was agreed a fitting date within a week was offered. On the day Ben Myers arrived on time and throughout the fitting he explained what he was going to do. On completion of the job he cleaned all the working areas and explained about when we could start using the shower again. Would recommend.

Daniel carried out our annual boiler service. Arrived exactly on time, did a great job and tidied up afterwards. Would highly recommended.

Excellent work from all the guys at Pro Property on our downstairs toilet. Stewart was quick and efficient with the painting as was Simon with the floor covering. Special mention to Ben Myers who found a leak, sorted out our boiler and gave us lots of good advice. All three were polite and friendly and respected our property, we felt very comfortable having them around. (Review already given for Sam who did the fitting)

Ben was excellent - called round beyond a time he’d normally have expected to have finished, fixed the issue quickly and left the bathroom very tidy afterwards.

I've had a new kitchen installed by Pro Property and would like to thank all involved, particularly Dave White, the joiner, who has worked tirelessly. His work is precise and of a very high quality. He installed all the units, put up a television on the wall, made a bespoke unit for me and also changed the glass in the back door.
Dave is friendly and professional. I was out at work during some of the time he was working at my house and so he left me notes and came early at times to make sure that I knew what was happening each day. I would definitely recommend his work.

Ben Myers from pro property arrived punctually and quickly replaced a broken external shower pipe. He was very friendly and helpful.

We had a hardwood floor removed and replaced in Sheffield. Pro property was great - so professional and helpful. Dave and Simon were very knowledgeable and polite and got the job done very quickly with minimal disruption. Would recommend this company and we will use them again. Thank you!

Stewart was an incredibly good, professional, thoughtful and hard working decorator. You could tell from the moment he arrived that he knew exactly what he was doing, and the standard of his work was exceptional. So happy.

Ben Myers did a great job fitting our new downstairs toilet and sink and new plumbing in the garage for the washing machine

Sam did an excellent job of refurbishing our downstairs toilet/ cloakroom despite cramped conditions and extreme heat. He was pleasant and cheerful throughout, respected our property, consulted with us and offered advice when requested and cleaned up every night.

Ben recently came out to solve a leaking toilet. He was pleasant and promt fixing the issue despite a number of challenges. Would use again.

We have a plan with ProProperty and they were able to get someone over within a couple of days to look at a non-urgent leak. Tom was polite, helpful and tidied away afterwards, with the issue completely resolved.

Ben L came bang on time to conduct a boiler service (the boiler was fitted by Pro Property as well a gew years ago, at very short notice when my old one died). Always a pleasure having these fiys in for a job, theoughly professional, friendly and helpful.
