Going to report as fraudulent company no reason or response for a really long time being a hotel investor. I have been with This company I with for a long time too and have had payments made over the years.
Can’t see that they have gone bankrupt!

Does anyone have any recent contact details for anyone at Propiteer Capital PLC? We were getting irregular updates from the then Sales Manager Rob Rowland, this has now stopped altogther.Appreciate it if anyone could share any details they have that actually gets a response. Our investments are now 24 months late being paid and I'm feeling less and less confident that we'll get anything back at all.

Establishing a shareholder action group seems to be the best way forward. The lack of direction with growing uncertainty on recovery of our investment needs a coordinated approach. Is there anyone out there who has the experience in setting up a group then contact me and I would be pleased to be involved.

Not an healthy place for any investors

The keep disturbing me with mails and text without any explanation for the deed.
I loss a lot here but right now and glad I came across a better
platform Vai S Tam Plife and I must say it’s the best decision I’ve made ever .

Although have 2 Directors mobile number, responses are scarce and not forthcoming with anything worth. Very opaque. In response to E. Carey, find me on LinkedIn and contact me through there. Investor group sounds like a good idea.

Looking to connect with anyone who invests....in light of today's (11th Sept 2025) worrying email to investors from PCPLC.

Suggest investors try to form a group (perhaps a what's app group or whatever).....perhaps can support each other and also work together towards best possible outcome.

I have messaged this company who hold my investments several times for updates.
I have heard NOTHING.
Has anyone been able to reach them?

Despite arranging a short term investment and giving good notice and personally discussing that this was a house deposit, Propiteer suddenly wrote and said no payments for three months.. they won’t give a date, the never call and I have to chase them every week

I can’t see how their temporary cash flow issue is my problem
I bet others are investing money in and surely propiteer can get a low rate loan.. but instead they are just keeping my money without my permission

Impressive through the process.
I was introduced to Propiteer by a mutual friend. I was lucky enough to go along to one of the investor days and meet Julie who talked me through my options.
She communicated really well and took the time to ensure that I was fully understanding of the process. Once I had decided to invest she ensures that the process from signing up to investing was very smooth and with no issues.
Finally, I have to say a big thank you to her for her efforts. The website and investor hub is great and I look forward to reaping the benefits.

Stephen made this a very straight forward process for me and my family which was greatly needed as we were so new to investing. Whenever we needed him he answered our Questions on the phone or via WhatsApp and was very patient with us. Excellent customer service - would recommend to anyone

Robert helped and guided us through the whole process from start to finish and was accommodating to our questions and concerns. He was on hand out of normal working office hours to aid us with the platform - addressing each concern clearly and consciously, he was open and honest going to great length to provide further detail about the different investment options.

I am saving hard fo have enough capital to make another investment very soon.

I learned about Propiteer from a friend who has been very pleased with them. After having a chat with Stephen I decided to invest too. So far very happy with the service. Stephen is a top professional and was very helpful answering to all my questions through the process.

I did an investment in 2018 that paid out as scheduled without any hiccups. I’ve done property bonds with several different companies and Propiteer stands out as professional and easy to do business with.
I’ve dealt with two account managers as I’ve invested again recently and plan to do so in future too. The account managers, are friendly, no fuss and know their business. I’ve recommended to friends which I guess is the best form of praise.

I am now in my 3rd year of investing with Propiteer. In my experience this company is setting the benchmark for bond investing. It's range of exceptional property bonds to choose from cater for both regular income or longer term investing.
Personally I opted for regular income. Every month, without fail! I have been paid on time, very reasuring to plan for the future knowing the money will be there.

The companies greatest asset has to be its staff, I have had the pleasure of being in contact with Jenny recently to discuss my future investment options. The whole process could not have been more straight forward, promptly and professionally taken care of with a courtesy call to explain the details put in plan. You feel a valued customer......not just a number!
I also get regular email updates on the progress of the many construction projects that Propiteer is involved with, and future ones still in planning, reasurring to read about as an investor.
