Very transparent and open way to invest, Propio explains everything simply and clearly. What I like about Propio.
What I like is that it has a clear, clean and crisp easy to understand website/interface. Also a bonus is that similar players in this investment arena do not give as good rates as Propio but more importantly you can invest will as little as £250.

Excellent platform which is user friendly and provides a detailed summary of the investment opportunity.
Staff are readily available to answer any questions. If unsure, they will investigate and 100% of the time get back to you with an answer!
When an investment ends, the funds are returned in a timely manner with a good summary of the investment return.
Definitely recommend to friends and family. 😊

An excellent way to get into property investment.
As someone who has always wanted to invest in property but didn’t really know where to start I found people a nice accessible entry into property investment. A plethora of options to invest in with varying levels of reward. Well explained and clear outline of what each option entails and how the money will be invested on your behalf. It is also worthwhile noting you don’t need to break the bank to dip your toe in and give it a try.

Pleased investor
I have invested in a couple of the opportunities available on the Propio platform and am pleased with the process so far. My questions have been resolved quickly and fully and with the refer a friend bonus my first investment has essentially already achieved a 20% return! I would recommend the platform to friends and family.

Service quality second to none
From a service quality, operating system and efficiency perspective, I cannot name a better company in this or any other field. It is second to none and that alone encourages me to invest with them. Additionally their product offerings are transparent and financially attractive. While I've so far only invested in one it has not yet come to term but as far as I'm aware they've never not delivered on any offering.

A very clear and easy to use platform
A very clear and easy to use platform. Before investing with Propio my only experience with property was purchasing my own home. I was a little nervous at first, however, the Propio team were very professional and provided reassurance when required. I have made a number of investments since and am pleased to confirm that one of my early transactions has now completed, returning my capital and the promised return.
