Beware: Disappointing Prop Firm Services

My experience with prop firm services has been deeply disappointing. Despite meeting all requirements, my account was failed without explanation. Now, propfirm services is ignoring my attempts to communicate and refusing to issue a refund, despite being willing to take money from others. This goes against the promised refund policy on their website. Avoid this unprofessional service

DO NOT PURCHASE - THIS IS A SCAM!
They blew my account and told me they would purchase another account as per their refund policy. I have not received my new account and they have stopped replying to my messages.
Please DO NOT purchase this service, this is a scam!

AVOID AVOID AVOID - This is a scam, they blew my account and are now ignoring me. I gave them 48 hours to reply with a resoultion but it appears they have now blocked me. I have taken screenshots of the entire conversation up to this point and will also be reporting them to telegram amongst others. Please do not make the same mistake I did, you will lose your money.

Response time is very fast and solutions of the problem are also resolved in a good way, all my problems solved by Steven. My 200K FTMO is funded now.

The original review is removed because there’s no link embedding allowed. However all the evidences are collected to prove they are a group of scammer and all have been reported to FBI. You are welcomed to ask me for their crime details and all are written together with photos and screenshots.

I find myself extremely disappointed with both the trading strategies employed and the subsequent attitude exhibited after my account suffered losses. They executed only 1:1 Risk-Reward trades, out of which 6 out of 7 resulted in failure. Altogether, these trades resulted in a loss of 800 pips each.

My engagement with them involved a knight challenge from TFT, an aspect I had inquired about at the very outset. At that time, they confirmed their acceptance, so I proceeded to order both their service and the challenge based on their confirmation. However, it appears that they were not adequately familiar with the rules, and at no point did they extend an apology for their unsatisfactory performance.

When I reached out to them seeking a refund, they agreed to process it, yet they kept putting off my subsequent messages since Wednesday. They promised to issue a refund by Sunday, but it seems that might be a dud cheque.

While I won't go as far as to label this experience as fraudulent, I urge you to be aware of my experience with them.

Fraudulent scammer, blew 2 $200k challenges, then blocked my number instead of refunding me. They also intentionally traded the account and opened bad positions the day after I asked them to stop trading my account which is when they immediately blocked my number. There is no team of traders, it is one master account with a trade copier from one person who also manipulates their trading success numbers on myfxbook. Risk management is absolutely terrible. I’ve already contacted my lawyers and I have found out who is responsible behind this fraudulent business.

Update:
After they disputed my review and lost because I sent in our conversations on whatsapp proving validity of me being a customer, they come up with this laughable and pathetic response. They will continue to dispute every bad review and attempt to remove them. Anyone who deals with this scammer please make sure to screenshot and save all your conversations as proof when they dispute your review.

Update 2:
They responded again telling me to message the support team on whatsapp which is where they have me blocked from sending them more messages after they blew 2 accounts and I emailed them as they also asked with 0 response.

Update 3:
Trustpilot has already confirmed my review is real and accurate despite their pathetic attempts to say otherwise. I replied to the email address they had initially sent in their review response, then after I emailed them, they edited their response on here to have me message a number which they have me blocked from to attempt to invalidate my review. I am documenting every single thing this scammer is doing. Propfirmservices please go check your email account ceo@propfirmservices which you asked me to email and I did.

After a whole year they are still trying to remove this review. Pathetic. This review isn't going anywhere as I have already proven to trust pilot that it is in fact a true review, they have a copy of my messages with this scammer

If I didn’t take out the trades he put in he would’ve blown my account keeps adding to losers and when price comes close to SL he moves SL somewhere else not a good
trader with zero knowledge don’t go for it you will just be wasting your money.

They blew my 100K account in just 1 day. Please don't get their service. No risk management at all. Breached daily loss limit of $5000.

Update 1: This guy is saying that traitor post fake reviews. I submitted my order details with TrustPilot. This guy was responding well till my account blows. After that stops responding. I'm ready to mail him. But I know for sure, he won't respond. I'll send the mail and wait for 5 days and update here soon.

His Response:

Dear Client, Thanks for contacting me. After investigate your issue we find that you already put negative review on Trustpilot where our refund policy timeframe is 30 working days.

In this regard we only can offer you a new challenge from our end only. At first you have to delete your review from TrustPilot and send us the proof. We will purchase your new challenge and will make sure you get funded.

Please note here is no other option or offer for you, only a new challenge from our end.

👆🏾 this is his response. He didn't have any terms and conditions about not to review till 30 days. Now he's saying he can't refund as I posted negative review but how generous (😆) he is, offering me to give the same package without no fees but on one condition. I should delete this negative review in Trustpilot.

Don't buy this scammer's service.

After observing a phase 1 account he had successfully completed, I made the decision to buy his service for 100K account challenge. Initially, he demonstrated a winning streak, achieving a 2% profit. However, the market turned against him, leading to the adoption of grid positions, which raised me a red flag. In addition to the grid strategy, he maintained his positions during high-impact news events, resulting in significant losses that brought the account down to -3%. Throughout this period, the markets remained strongly bearish, and he persisted in trading against the prevailing trend.

Then, on a particular day, both GU and EU experienced a significant downward movement. He leveraged his positions, causing his buy positions to boost the account to 6.8%. However, despite the clearly bearish market conditions, he continued to focus solely on buying GU and EU, even after the hawkish statements made by the FOMC on September 20th. Following this, he attempted to leverage his positions further in an effort to catch a market reversal. Unfortunately, the prevailing trend was too strong, leading to accumulating losses. In just one week, the account balance plummeted from a +6.9% profit to -4%.

The trading decisions made by this individual fall far short of what one would expect from a professional trader. On the last day, he could have closed his trades before reaching a 5% daily drawdown. My account was only at a -3% overall loss, which could have been recoverable. However, his actions and behavior raise concerns about his professionalism and integrity.

It appears that he may be using an EA (Expert Advisor) that only works effectively during specific market conditions. His portfolio consists of High-Frequency Trading EAs, and upon closer examination, it becomes apparent that all the profit was generated within just 1 or 2 days. Therefore, I strongly advise against investing your hard-earned money in this company and individual. To make matters worse, he has not issued any REFUND to me or anyone else I know.

Furthermore, he recently replied me a message with some excuses and with a signature from a supposedly famous trader, typically behavior of a SCAMMER. I want to emphasize that you shouldn't buy any service from this company or individual, by the way he is from Bangladesh, as this individual has exhibited scam-like behavior and lacks transparency and professionalism.

Update 10/10/23: I contacted him by WhatsApp since he has blocked me on Telegram and he proposed to buy a new challenge if I delete the review. But at the time I purchased the service, the policy guaranteed a refund in case of failure. I questioned him and he just said: "Everything will be based on the latest policy". I said I didn't want a new challenge, just a refund.
He said: ***** "Keep happy with your review. No further support for you" ******.

I have proof of everything: Print of deleted telegram chat, print of Whatsapp, receipt e-mail of purchased service.

I'm very disappointed with service. It started of good with my 50k challenge and then from last week my account has been negative and yesterday they blew my account even I warn them on Monday that account has reached over 4% drawdown and they responded that account will get recover. I keep hearing same excuse since from last week the market is not our favour. Since they blew my account yesterday they stop responding to me. According to their refund policy it takes 30 days so now waiting if I will get my refund and I will update this if I do get my refund in next 30 days. I do not recommend this company as they are advertising false information and customer service has been very dispointing.

Update: he has asked to taken this review down or he will block me. I refuse to taken down the review as I'm giving an honest review so now he has blocked me.

They just blew up 200K challenge, hitting daily drawdown limit. No equity protection strategy whatsoever and poor general risk management. The day before, when was still 2K left to hit the daily limit, requested to stop trading but my messages were completely ignored. Looking at last 2 days reviews looks like the guy does not care anymore, just blowing up accounts for everyone. Chances to get back promised reimbursment as guarantee in case of failure are very slim now. So the whole thing is turning into pure scam.
Update: after their reply to this review suggesting to "resolve my issue in 24 hours" I have contacted them giving (one more time) info about my order and prop firm challenge they failed. Had slight hope that they sincerely decided to repair the situation and their image. But, with no surprises, I was asked again (like 2 weeks ago) to take down this review first and only then they can "solve the issue according their policy" (whatever it means, might no necesserily expected reimbursment). When I have refused to remove or modify my review, they told me (in quite rude terms), that they are not going to reimburse anything. I will survive loosing challenge and even those service fee, as it is part of the game, but I want to make sure that guys like this should be out of this (and basically any other) business.
Update 2: I see they are desperately trying to manipulate overall impressions telling outright lie that they are "resolving my issue". It is getting just ridiculous. Dear Prop Firm Services - you are missing business and common sense on multiple levels, just digging yourselves even into bigger hole!!!
Update 3: Propfirmservices has removed their replies that I have commented in my updates above. They also tried to take my review down by flagging it as unverified. I have restored this review by providing to Trustpilot all the screenshots required. I see that some number of 1 star reviews was indeed taken down, probably as a result of Propfirmservices desperate attempts of manipulating and fooling people. Please be aware.
Update 4: desperate attempts by PropFirmServices to get rid of negative reviews continue, they just flagged my review that I did it for wrong business, so that you have to again reconfirm your review otherwise it is automatically disabled. Please be aware of their sly and dishonest tactics and dont believe to their promises to reimburse you anything if you remove you negative reviews, as they have proved multiple times that they are simply scammer, trying to manipulate their rating.
