staff is amazing and easy to talk to. they are a huge help. the layout of my home page, however, has not been working properly for almost a year. i know the staff isn't at fault.

My team just closed a deal. We met the sellers 4 years ago in an open house. Uploaded his email in our data base and when he was ready to sell he called us. It works!!!

No response from 2 or 3 of my previous requests regarding my website.

Layout is sometimes a little clunky but overall a good value for the price

I have been a client for 15 years and a semina at our office I was told they are lowering the mointhly/ yearly rate. My other colleagues got their credit /reduction and I have not. I have called and requested many times a sales rep to call me and have not heard back yet!
This is not a good way to treat a loyal customer for 15 years!!!

the service staff sdoes nt seem to know how to th eload time

I have used property minder for 10+ years. It is an easy to use website for agent and client. It is a good contact management and Mail out system in addition to a link for buyers to search the MLS. I have turned countless leads into closed sales because of how easy this system is and that leads can get listings, price changes, and back on the market listings fast. I strongly recommend property minder to real estate agents.

I have property minder website for many years, maybe 6? It helps my business a lot. It is not so simple to use, I admit, there are so many options that somethings I get lost in there trying to find things, BUT they have an awesome costume service and support that helps you through it. I created bullets, personalized it and I love it. It was the best investment I made in my business. My clients also like it. They keep informed on new listing without being bother by an agent. I highly recommend it!
