PropertyLoop Anmeldelser

Jaeda is extremely friendly, responsible, and professional. She helped me find a home that perfectly matched my expectations within just one week. The whole process was smooth and seamless.

I recently had a viewing with Jaeda at PropertyLoop, who showed me a property at Arena Tower and made the entire experience excellent from start to finish. Jaeda was extremely professional, friendly, and approachable, which immediately put me at ease. She was very knowledgeable and informative, taking the time to explain every detail clearly and answer all my questions. Her attention to detail and genuine willingness to help made the viewing a smooth and enjoyable experience. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I couldn’t recommend her enough.

I had a viewing with Jaeda yesterday, she was amazing!! knew everything about the property and was really friendly. would definitely recommend again. Thank you Jaeda :)

I came for a viewing with an agent named Jaeda. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely ask for her help at propertyloop again if I need the service.

I went for a viewing with jaeda from property loop and I had such an amazing experience. She was extremely helpful and any questions I had she was able to answer them with no problem. She knew exactly what she was doing and extremely efficient. She is amazing at her job :)

I had some competing work things which meant I was really late trying to find a new place with only a few weeks left! I saw the advert on Rightmove and Jaeda Gascoyne called me so quickly and arranged the earliest viewing I could get. She supported the whole process and was always a great help! She was honest and transparent and explained the entire process clearly that I was able to complete the stages with ease.

Jaeda is super responsive and on point with everything, great collaboration

We had a pleasant experience. We were given the time to look around the property and were not rushed. Questions were answered promptly. The offer process was ok - it was easy to do and a relatively normal negotiation process.

Experience with the agency was perfect! Agent Jaeda guided me through all the process even answering my questions late evening! Everything went smooth and very fast. AI chat is VERY helpful when you need to apply and fill in all the info, very well organised, great service. Thank you so much, my best experience in London so far.

This agency replied me promptly. Jaeda was very helpful and friendly!

Jaeda Gascoyne was absolutely lovely and very welcoming. She showed me everything in the house clearly and patiently, taking the time to answer all my questions. She also responded to my messages very promptly, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a great viewing experience

Absolutely useless customer service. They work like a scammer. You give your money and keep chasing them after. after taking your money they will only waste your time after weeks after weeks, and in the end they will say they are detaining your holding deposit they had to put their time on it but you didn't put your time and money on it. Im putting a legal complaints on them very soon. I have tried to reach out to them enough time but no response.

There is an online portal that you register as tenant or landlord. The platform is not maintained, customer support is useless. When you request a repair from the system, no one follow up if landlord fix it. They only collect money they are good at that. You can’t even end your tenancy via the system. They are asking rent automatically for an expired tenancy.

Jaeda made the process so smooth for securing our flat in Balham and was lovely!

I have had an atrocious experience with this company they threaten to sue you for honest reviews( Landlord) and definelty in my opinion are not professional. After the expiry of a 24 month period , where in a couple of months no rent was paid by the agent I am finally getting rid of this traumatic agent.
They asked for feed back ( after threatening to sue)_- well here it is : - do not threaten to sue your CLIENT or a leaving honest reviews, instead improve transaparency of your service.

I do not know who Michelle is at the Company an can only think that this is a made up review by the Proprietor......

Very professional and helpful when it comes to house viewings. Michelle in particular helped out a great deal to put my mind at ease!

Michelle made my experience seamless and was very helpful, Thankyou!

Michelle was my estate agent, she was amazing at explaining the things I wanted to know. It was a lovely show around really enjoyed the viewing and Michelle’s company.

Michelle was absolutely great, 10/10 service. Fantastic customer service. I had less than a month to find a place and move and everything ran smoothly due to her brilliance!!

Michelle L Was really helpful when viewing the property with great confidence and understanding.
