Tracy Dyer was absolutely fantastic with the handling of my request yesterday.

I spoke to Emma with regard to my financial agreement and she was very helpful in giving me the information I needed.

Tracy Dyer made my experience really special and was very helpful for what I was asking about changing my direct debit date and went above and beyond to do it for me instead of having to call up next month after my first payment being taken, the previous call I had from someone else told me she couldn’t do this, but Tracy done all of this for me and has made my experience really special by doing this small change for me instead of having to call up again. Thank you Tracy, you have really made a difference and bringing customer service to the next level, this may seem like a small thing to do, but as a customer this really means a lot to me.

Had to get a refund from a previous account and I dealt with Iman who was very professional and after dealing with other companies he was a complete change to the norm ,he went above and beyond to secure my refund and also called back to let me know 10/10 many thanks Iman

I had a loan agreed through Propensio Finance Ltd, it was a simple process and the rate of interest was favourable at the time. Recently, after sorting out my finances, I decided that I could pay off the outstanding balance. I contacted them and was pleasantly surprised at how easy they were to deal with. A statement was provided and details on how to pay the loan off. I was able to make the final payment and cleared the balance, through my bank. I can recommend Propensio Finance Ltd, as a great company to deal with.

Spoke to EMMIE today she helped me with a couple of queries I had with my upcoming finance agreement. She was very helpful and set my mind at peace. Good service, thank you.

Customer support really helpful and friendly. However, propensio have no way to check account balance or process overpayments online. Personally I found it very uncomfortable not having direct visibility of my account balance. I know I can phone them, but it's very strange for an organisation not to have online accounts.
