I had just arrived home from work when, as I opened my garage door, one of the tension cables snapped. The door shifted to one side and I could not get it to open or close. It was pretty late. I called Pronto Garage Doors and their representative was quick and assured me someone would be dispatched to assess the damage and provide an estimate. Eden, their technician arrived way sooner than I had expected and quickly made the repairs. On a scale from 1-5, I give 10 stars for the service, reasonable price, and professionalism that Eden demonstrated. Eden represents this company above and beyond, he was kind and kept reassuring me the problem will be resolved. Thank you, Eden you are leadership material!
My wife left for work in the early morning, only to discover that the garage torsion spring had broken, preventing the garage door from closing. Luckily, I was working from home this day, but would not be the remainder of the week. This meant I needed to find a trustworthy company to quickly come to my home to make the necessary repairs. I found Pronto Garage Doors through an internet search. There 5 star reviews gave me the confidence to make an appointment with them.
I spoke to Eden who gave me a window of time when I could expect a technician.The technician, Adan arrived promptly. Adan was very knowledgeable, assessed the situation, provided a reasonable price and got to work. Adan was done faster than I expected. Adan was professional and it looked like he used quality tools and equipment.
