They are great! From beginning to end they were incredibly helpful and easy to deal with, from the detailed quote to the various things I wanted done on the day (dissembled/assembled pieces I wasn't all sure were possible!). I highly, highly recommend them.

Michael and Tony helped with my house move from Fulham. They were both so professional and made sure to protect everything for the move. I have never had such a stress free house move day thanks to the Promover Team. Would definitely recommend and use in the future.

Fantastic company. Turned up when they said they would, incredibly efficient packing and unpacking service and pretty much refused to leave our new home until we were completely settled and until almost every box was removed. They even returned two days later to collect some residual waste from the move at no extra charge. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The team were polite, hard working, careful with our belongings and respectful of our home(s) (ex and current).

By process of elimination, I credit myself for choosing so well, their customer service is second to none, I was treated as an individual & not a job number, they were punctual, polite & respectful, organised, professional & competitive in price.
It was pleasing to see how carefully & efficiently the team packed up my 3 bed house, moving day with all its 'hick-ups' was first-rate on their part, all dismantled pieces were re-assembled & placed in their appropriate rooms, as were the boxes. Mark, Tony & the team did an amazing job for us, & I cannot recommend them highly enough, if you are considering moving, look no further.

Just so helpful in so many ways from the initial cataloguing of our house, through the many delays in our move, and Diana made such a difference by answering all sorts of questions and booking cleaners for us. On the day of packing, the guys absolutely flew through it, and the same on the day of the move - in and out and set up at the new house so quickly. Everything was done impeccably. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

We were recommended Promover Team by friends and we had to move at short notice. After an initial call Tony came round on the same day to provide a comprehensive quote and crash course in packing breakables. On the move day (a Saturday) extra team members were drafted in to ensure the move was completed in good time. We felt supported throughout and couldn’t recommend Tony and the team highly enough. Extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Not just great removals service but outstanding customer service all round. Not sure when we’re moving next but we know who we’ll be calling.

We chose Promover for our recent house move and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. Promover helped me move a 5 bedroom family home in Fulham. They were so efficient, speedy, polite and careful. All boxes labelled and packed perfectly, nothing was damaged. Their service and advice was great. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Promover moved us from Fulham to Cornwall in January. They were excellent from start to finish. Moving is stressful and finding a movers team that you feel comfortable with makes it so much easier. This is why I took a lot of time to get quotes and compare movers before I chose Tony and his team. I made the right choice. They are competitive on price and give an excellent service. Not only the best price, but delivered short notice & in record time & not in a slapdash way, in a very professional manner. Started 8am & was as moved in by 1.30pm, when rival 'brand' companies tried to sting me with 2.5 x the fee & with a two day removal, the week after I needed. 5/5.

Great experience getting us packed and moved in two days. My babies nap time was taken into consideration for the packing. Even the contents of the fridge and freezer were packed up for us, so helpful! Competitive price as well.

Best removal company we've ever used. We would not hesitate to call them again. Everything was smooth sailing and quick as well! The guys took excellent care of our belongings and went above and beyond to ensure the day went smoothly. Considering I'm nine months pregnant the stress free move was perfect.
