We ordered some customized merchandise for my university. Jamie was really helpful with the whole process and items we received were great quality. As our order was over £500, we received a dedicated tree which was a really nice touch. It's a great idea to appreciate the customer and also contribute to the environment.

Great communication all the way through the process from enquiry through to delivery.

Jamie and the team took onboard our requirements and timescales and nothing was ever too much of a problem for them.

Thank you for the excellent service - highly recommended to everyone!

Brilliant service throughout.
From initial contact to delivery, the journey has been made super easy and smooth.
Jamie has been professional and informative, helping us when we needed guidance on the best merchandise for our specific needs.

Superb service from start to end - from my initial queries about understanding what was possible with our bespoke request, to progressing through the design proof - Charlie & team were a pleasure to work with - extremely helpful and professional - importantly the end product exceeded our expectations. The colour was perfectly for our brand, and the material of the tshirt is fantastic (also washes really well!). Thank you all!

They were fantastic at communicating and honest in meeting my expectations, of the turnaround on my T-Shirt order. Giving regular updates and checking in, that I was happy with the progress. Much appreciated!

Absolutely fantastic customer service, banner is perfect. We will definitely use again!

The badges we had made for a charity client turned out really well, super efficient service and a happy client!

I received my business cards today and am absolutely thrilled with them. The order process was simple and the service was excellent from start to finish.

Needed an urgent print job, Charlie was brilliant. He made it happen really quickly and it was all delivered before time. Thank you!

The company were very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we received our order, despite our short timelines. The staff, Charlie and Chloe, were friendly, kept me up to date throughout my order, and found solutions when the original product was not available.
Thank you for your wonderful service and for your helpfulness.

My Account Manager, Charlie Fruin, went above and beyond fulfilling a lengthy request to send a back catalogue of previous proofs to help give me a greater understanding of my company's purchasing history to help me with merchandise ordering going forward (as a new member of my team). His approach to customer service is always warm, friendly and incredibly helpful and he is a real asset to Premier to have him on board. No task is too small and he always achieves them in an incredibly timely manner. He makes merchandise ordering an absolute breeze and I am very grateful to be able to rely on him to help me out with my promo needs.

Highly recommend working with Jamie and his team at Premier Print. Great communication, good competitive quotes and very efficient customer focus.

Great service, great quality of products.

Jamie and the team at Premier produce premium quality products. They offer proactive and creative solutions to our challenges. And they give excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Premier always respond quickly with great quality products, they are my go to for all our merchandise needs.

We are a small insurance company based in Essex and have used PP&P for almost 10 years. Recently we went though a complete rebranding due to company merger and as such needed an entire suite of products. Jamie was able to design, quote, produce and deliver a multitude of items (brochures, books, pens, folders, coasters, bottles, clothing, bags and cards) to an exceptionally high standard and all to the timescales we required. As such he now has the attention of our London parent whose previous suppliers have been put in the shade.
We will continue to use this excellent firm for all our merchandise requirements.

Brilliant customer service. I gave them the kind of banner I wanted producing, they sent me a template to work with. I returned it and they shipped me my banner. I will 100% be using again.

Fantastic communications throughout - friendly, positive, prompt and professional. And the product we ordered was received in advance of the expected time, well packaged and exactly as required, as always. Couldn't ask for more, a great company to do business with.

Incredibly quick service - the team were very responsive and friendly.
