Smart Scam.
I had a negative experience. On March 6th, I paid for two soundcloud plays orders. As of today, they haven't been fulfilled.
They rarely respond to emails and avoid direct questions. Eventually, they raised my nationality and refused to fulfill the orders. I haven't received a refund. I wouldn't recommend using them.
If they want to find a reason not to fulfill your orders and keep your money, they'll find it.

By placing an order on our platform, you have explicitly accepted our Terms of Service, including Section 9 - Position on Russian War on Ukraine, which states:
"Legal entities incorporated in or operating out of the Russian Federation are ineligible for our services. Any orders placed by such entities will be declined, and we will not issue refunds for these transactions."
Furthermore, upon accepting this Agreement, you have represented and warranted that neither you nor any affiliated parties are:

Individuals identified as citizens or residents of the Russian Federation are subject to additional scrutiny, and where the results of such inquiry are unsatisfactory, we are fully within our right to refuse service provision.
Your order has been blocked and will not be processed. In accordance with our Terms of Service:
"Funds from withheld orders may be redirected towards supporting Ukrainian defence efforts at our discretion based on management review outcomes."
This decision is final and non-negotiable. No refund will be issued.

I used Promo Sounds to promote my music, and it was a huge mistake. They completely scammed me. The streams they gave me were fake — Spotify literally reached out to let me know that the activity was fraudulent and even issued a strike on my account.
My numbers started disappearing soon after, and it was obvious the streams weren’t organic. They weren’t coming from playlists or real listeners — I saw 86 “listeners” all from random, suspicious sources at the exact same time.
When I reached out to Promo Sounds asking for a refund, they refused to give my money back. They just ignored the issue and didn’t take any responsibility.
Don’t waste your money. It’s a total scam. If you care about your artist profile and want to grow naturally, stay far away from Promo Sounds.

I paid so much to get TikTok views on a post first of all, my all views dropped down so I had to purchase from another site asap, then on top after confronting they say you already have it like wat a joke. It’s because the views you provided dropped obvs I’m guna buy somewhere else.
Not only just this I recently purchased basic package I received the likes and views but the followers of 1k no where near. I literally emailed them if they can’t complete the order just issue me a damn refund I can take my business somewhere else. This is so frustrating man I paid it nothing comes free 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️😭

Opinión: Mi experiencia con Promosound ha sido muy negativa. Contraté una campaña de 5.000 reproducciones en Spotify, envié varios mensajes preguntando por los resultados y no obtuve respuesta clara. Lo que recibí fue muy por debajo de lo prometido y sin ninguna transparencia.
La sensación es que solo cobran y luego desaparecen, sin dar soporte ni cumplir lo que anuncian. No recomiendo a ningún artista trabajar con ellos: es dinero perdido y una gran decepción.

Stay away from this company they are scammers and don't deliver nothing. First I did a trial buy a small order on 15th of July which they delivered, but now i lost all this Spotify followers. On the 19th of July I did pay for another campaign , where they have not delivered nothing, just scammed me for $66. I wrote an email like 10 times which they don't respond to my messages. STAY AWAY, SCAMMERS SCAMMERS. the reply from them is also a lie, i have proof of all the mails i have sent and the email address they reply with here now, it's not the mail to support who they have on their website or on the order confirmation. Stay away from this shady company. it has now been 3 weeks and i still got nothing. I also checked in total i have sent 23 emails and also opened a ticket on the website which they don't reply.
