There is always the dreadful fear when there is a household emergency that the quotation is never going to match the final price. I have previously used Pimlico Plumbers and there are usually hidden costs. This is this first time I have used an independent plumber following a recommendation from a neighbour. Tom the plumber was punctual, friendly, communicative in explaining the nature of the problem and the cause. He was very prompt in resolving the problem, he left no mess and the price was as quoted. His flyer is now on our building's notice board, the only advertisement we have!

Our kitchen’s waste pipes got blocked while I was away leaving my lodgers with a big problem and I called Tom and he was able to get over there within a couple of hours and had the pipes cleared out and all up and running again within an hour. I’m super grateful for an excellent service from a very professional and conscientious guy! Thanks Tom!

Tom recently fitted two new radiators in my kitchen. I am very pleased with the standard of his work especially as he pointed out that the radiators he replaced had not been fitted very well and his work clearly outshone the previous plumber. He is very personable, arrived on time, worked straight through without a break and left my kitchen very clean and tidy. Happy to have him in my house.

Tom came to finish a job I had over ambitiously started and made me realise how competent and efficient well trained plumbers are. He came out on a Saturday afternoon did a very neat job, tidied up after himself and kept me in the loop on what he was doing and why which gave me confidence in his skills. He s a good communicator. I thoroughly recommend him.
