The assembly is NOT easy. It took a bike mechanic (an expert in bike repairs) 45 MINUTES to assemble. DEFINITELY NOT EASY TO ASSEMBLE!!!!!!

We appreciate the feedback. There is actually a section just below the price of the item on our website that states that this product requires assembly. It is also mentioned there that we have instruction guides available for installation but an expert bike mechanic is highly recommended if you are not confident with the assembly process.

Delivery was so fast VIC to WA in 3 days very impressive!!!! I just love my electric bike its so much fun and easy to ride, my little dog fits perfectly in the basket and love going on tour. I found it difficult to put together and video was different to my bike but thank goodness for good friends!!!!

Both bikes had the exact same issue
Both bikes had the exact same issue. I Attempted to screw on both left pedals of each bike but both left pedals were cross threaded. I did not do this it was originally cross threaded, possibly a manufacturing fault ? I don’t know! I would expect this from a low quality bike but not a $700 bike. Very Disappointed.

We appreciate the feedback and we're sorry to hear about this installation issue. Normally for pedal fitting, the left pedals (left facing the handlebar) should be installed as counter clockwise as mentioned in the manual. Happy to take a look on this for you so that we can get this sorted.

Unhappy..
Ordered the bike and all was well until.. we get a call from an unknown courier, they tell us that progear sent it to the wrong delivery service… said delivery service did not deliver to our location, we had to miss work to make a special trip into town to receive the bike.. we are yet to open the box to see if there are any faults with the bike. Also ordered a phone holder and the box came very beaten up, don’t think it is broken though. Very unhappy with this process, will be worse if bike is faulty..

Thank you for the comment and we're sorry to hear about this issue with the delivery. Your order was dispatched via Allied Express and they are a third party service that we are in contract with who will fulfill our order deliveries. As they are a third party, they have their separate system and process for deliveries in which we hold no access or control over. What we know is that sometimes, if the item has been transported to an assigned delivery depot and that delivery depot does not service that area, they would normally contact their customers to arrange collection. They can also proceed with delivery if collection is not possible however, this will take awhile before it gets completed. The most that we can do on our end is to have it chased up with Freight Management and ensure no further delays will take place. We originally shipped two items for this and a chase up case has been made already so that we can get more information from the courier on what has happened. We will be reaching out to you as well so that we can rectify this matter.

Bike delivered fine. Spoke to two staff. One was super confident, the other didn't know the product and was pretty vague. In all, an ok experience
