Profitix is definitely a scam company. They lie all the time to make you deposit more and more money. When I tried to withdraw they always come up with lots of excuses eg I need to reach a certain trading volume before I can withdraw. Or they will trade recklessly until my account is in "danger" and then tell me they will have to give me a "credit" in order to "save" my account. They also said I do not need to pay anything for the credit. Then once that is done and my account is "saved", they will say I need to pay for the "credit" in order to make a withdrawal. Totally disappointed and angry with the way my account was handled.

After being affected badly by a crash in the market during the COVID-19 period, lost a lot of money overall.

SO don't trust them don't deposit more money to save your account you gonna loose more I will let you know if any good thing happen to this terrible situation i'm in.

They dont seem like scammer. But there are many reasons why it is best to stay away.

Reasons to join:
- Very professional in term of documentation.
- No observation of cheating.

Reasons not to join:
- Very aggressive and impolite broker especially when you dont want to deposit more money. After every trade, they will persuade you to deposit more money with gap event and bonus. They seem more interested in asking you for more deposit then to trade within your means by asking you to increase your credit card limit.
- Their spread are high and they take commission.
- They trade without stop lost as they dont want to close the trade with any lost.
- They are good in helping you earn high profit in a short time. But if you observe further, it is because they trade big lot with low target. Most of the time, it should be able to close without fail hence earning you big profit in a short while. But for the time when it dont, you better have sufficient buffer. Which perhaps is why some many people here review that their account are wiped out? For a 2 lots short (sell) of gold at 1390, if the price went to 1500, you are already looking at a potential lost of 20k+. When it went to the current of price 1900+, you are already looking at a potential lost of 100k+. Unless you have the money to hold and wait for it to drop back to 1390, your account will have already burst. Remember they dont like to put stop lost.
- For the above, they dont seem to be really knowledgeable in trading. They are just trying their luck with big lots and low target. If it went in their direction, good for you but even better for them as they earn the large spread and commission. If it dont, they dont make any lost. They still earn from the spread.
- Trying is withdraw money is very difficult as you cannot have any open trade.
- Trying to close account is even worst. They will question why you want to close and persuade you to stay.
- I thought that after 1 year, they will change for the better. But seeing the bad review here, it seem nothing have changed.

The Recovery department helped me to recover my account which was in debt. And the process takes time but it's worth it. Thank you for helping me.

I have been dealing with Profitix for the last 8 months and must say they have been arduous months. When you want to close your account they say you cannot as you have trades open, when you want money out toy are only allowed 2% of your free margin and they keep pushing for you to invest more. As it is night time when I deal with them I have given in too easily at times and I have now lost in excess of USD500,000.00 and all they are interested in is if I can invest more money. Their operation is a scam do not trust it.

ZERO actually. Very bad people. Corrupt, deceptive and smile over the phone while they're doing you out of every cent they can. You will feel gaslighted dealing with them. Nice to you and teach you at first to get your trust. They will let you do small withdrawals early on to also gain trust and wait for the big clean out when they decide it's time.
Fake but very realistic online trading platform, I was taught CFD/options type trading and all seemed good. Random phone numbers you can't call back on though and they will goad you to put in more and more $ to trade with and no limit to promises of good returns on your money. Then no response to requests to withdraw your own money. Senior Brokers take over and make you lose all your money when they realise you are maxed out. Please don't. I lost $80k AUD to them in a series of card transactions which they convert to bitcoin with the excuse it is cheaper on fees. I hope to recover at least some of my money back with help. Have contacted authorities about this and reported it. Many people seem to be in this same boat lately. It's a sad world we have to live in these days, but at least I am resilient and never give up.

My personal view on this company is basically very good. Actually I don't have any experience or any background knowledge on online trading. However, there are some personnels from the company who will guide you and help you to understand and to go through in it. I am under Kelly Williams and the team. The have done a marvellous job. I was so satisfied with the company"s program and with Robert Milton one of the account manager who help me to recover my money and taught me some techniques in how to read and analysed the market movements and read the candles rejection..

The lessons have been very helpful. and I have been able to learn the market watch and its content information.

Profitix is a good platform to make money it is easy to use and the staff are always polite and easy to talk to their instruction is informative.

Please avoid PROFITIX more than coronavirus. At the beginning you have to contribute a small amount, but to save your account you have to contribute very quickly another $ 5,000 and you have the promise that in about 2 or 3 weeks you will recover it, see your account as it increases but suddenly your account It is already in less and again with a sick insistence they ask you another 9000 $ if always the same story. When you say you can't contribute more, then they pass you on to a superior boss who tells you that you have to contribute at least $ 2,000 or $ 3,000 more, until they have taken your savings and you can't do anything else. We are many in having fallen into this endless trap. They show you the screen with your account that goes up and down, they even tell you that they are going to contribute money, if they have stolen all this time. This screen is fake just like thecompany PROFITIX. I want to get my $ 35,000 back now. Please do not answer these thieves when they call you to invest the first time.
