Really enjoyable 3 full days
Really enjoyable 3 full days, the content and delivery were both ideal for our needs.
However I thought the 3 days were crammed, we could have probably benefited from an extra day. This would have allowed us to spend a bit more time on the exercises.

Essential learning for any Product Manager
The course content was high quality and the trainer delivered it in an interesting and engaging way. There is a lot to learn and it is quite an intense 3 days.
I'm particularly impressed with the interest shown after the course to ensure we get the most value from what we have learned.

The course was well structured with multiple touchpoints throughout the course to see how we're feeling about the course and the content.
They are continuously reviewing how they're teaching and what it is they're teaching throughout.
The content itself was really inciteful and I have learned a lot. The instructors where lovely and very knowledgeable. Impressive offices too, we were really taken care of. Overall I would highly recommend and will be requesting to come back and more courses.

The Driving Product Growth course was…
The Driving Product Growth course was highly engaging and informative. The interactive training experience gives you confidence to take what you've learnt back to your business and use it straight away. Combing this with the face to face learning and interaction with the trainers and other Product Managers, it will allow you the opportunity to share and discuss experiences, problems and solutions. Often finding commonality in issues, no matter whether you are a software or hardware Product Manager.
A key take away for me was the understanding of KPI's that allow you to move away from revenue and margin as the main focus. By focusing on Product based KPI's you can actually identify how the product growth can be monitored and what you can influence to restart the growth that is needed.

Great PM training - engaging, insightful and well-structured.
I recently completed the Product Management and Product Marketing course and found the course highly valuable. The course offered a solid foundation in product management while allowing us to dive deeper into some of key areas. Good Theory, But Not Really Actionable
I appreciate the effort and content covered in the training, which offers a comprehensive overview of theory and methodology. However, it tends to lack in-depth practical exercises and sufficient time to fully grasp how to apply the tools and methods in real-world scenarios. Often the exercises are decorrelated between them, which make it difficult to identify how tools can be combined in a product organization.
Additionally, at times, several similar tools are presented without clear guidance on when to consider one over the other. I would appreciate insights from the coach on how to navigate the implementation of a product organization, particularly considering factors like team size and maturity, it would be valuable in making the training more actionable.

Useful interactive training with great trainers
Very knowledgeable, friendly professional trainers. (Paul Innes and Anne Rasmussen).
The course covers all aspects that a product manager has to deal with and includes lots of interactive exercies.
a big plus is access to a toolbox with all kind of materials, blogs, videos etc, that is very useful.

Dynamique, varié constructif
Un sujet (Product Management) à priori un peu éloigné de mon appétence habituelle pour la technique.
Mais le duo d'animateur a su le rendre attractif et surtout à su prendre en compte mon contexte un peu à part.
Le timing est parfaitement respecté et malgré le format "visio", les interactions sont facilitées par des travaux en petits groupes.
Il ne reste plus qu'à mettre en pratique
Attention: un bon niveau d'anglais (oral et écrit) est nécessaire
