I spent 10 minutes filling out the "Free Purchase Order Generator"
And then when you click submit, NOTHING happens. The page says "your document is being emailed to your email address"
So then you go and neurotically refresh your email for 10 minutes, and nothing is there. You try submitting the form again with another email.
Nothing.
Then you call their phone number, and there's a robo phone menu that doesn't work. Every option you press says "invalid entry". So there goes another 10 minutes.
So now you wasted 30 minutes of my time.
Because you're too stupid to make a simple PDF generator.

Easy to use and it gets the job done. Procurify has helped streamline our procurement process and make it easy to purchase just about anything. Everyone from our purchasing folks to requesters/buyers like me really like how easy it is to use.

Great product and great service ... what more do you need?

We've been using Procurify for the last 6 months and it has been incredibly helpful in making sure all our expenditures are in order. I've found the product to be relatively intuitive and the team at Procurify does a great job onboarding you and getting you and your team up to speed. I would definitely recommend!

Procurify has been useful, however, the inability to check another account in the same Department creates a delay when one person is absent. Additionally, sourcing online support documents when ordering could be made easier.

Procurify has really helped us improve our overall process of procurement. We are a small company and before this software we were emailing spreadsheet based PO's around the office until they were approved, and then to a supplier. We were constantly approving purchases with accounting and sending copies of our packing slips. Ordering, approvals, receiving, and the communication to accounting has all been improved. It took a lot of strain off of our team and helped to improve overall efficiency.

This is a easy application to create a Purchasing requisition and sent it for approval. The opportunity area is: as soon as the PO is created, I am not able to reprinted or Re-sent the PO to my contractor.

It works well for many things. There's the occasional annoyance when you replicate an order and you have to go back in and re-enter all of the account codes, but that's tolerable. Sometimes the dropdown search lookups don't apply the right answer as well.

For features it would really useful for us if you implemented the "Purchase Agreements" functionality that was teased last fall. We have many cases where we have an annual agreement that's billed monthly and having to add/replicate orders and produce purchase orders after the fact gets tedious after you do it a few dozen times.

Great platform, easy to use, fast and very helpful.

Procurify is fine if you need a tool to execute the most basic of procurement, AP, and expense reporting tasks. Until major updates are implemented I would not suggest Procurify if you are looking to advance your procurement organization.

Pros: approval workflow configuration, creates a nice paper PO to send to your suppliers, ability to interface with supplies via email.

Cons: No data integrity and data management tools, limited reporting capabilities, difficult to set up and configure, limited client facing technical resources, garbage in/garbage out tool with limited mass upload capabilities, Expense approval and reporting leaves a lot to be desired.

This is a fine tool for a small organization but it seems unlikely that Procurify can scale with an organizations growth. Limited account outreach to understand your organizations needs means your stuck configuring the tool on your own leading to major headaches.

Procurify is a fantastic piece of software and has helped us with managing our internal spending processes. It takes some time to learn and figure out how to use, but their onboarding team is great with this.

Be sure to have some patience and get all of your team members on board with how to use it, but if you have a convoluted purchasing process that you want to streamline, check out procurify.
