I work in a school, grades 1-12 and I cannot say enough about the goodness/helpfulness/creativity/transparency/financial agility, etc. about Procurement Express. When I took over a job that was already using ProcExp, I was overwhelmed. I found that customer service was exceptional! The best I've ever experienced in my long life of working with vendors. Each person I spoke with was very interested in me, not just my situation or frustration. And each time, follow-up (if needed) was prompt, friendly and so full of information that I am in disbelief of their insight and foresight. I would HIGHLY recommend this vendor to help you keep track of budgets and spending. It simply cannot be replaced by anything that covers as much territory in one place. Customer service is 25 out of 5!!! HB

Solid Performer
There is still room for improvement in Supplier and Product management as well as Roles and Approval functionality. However, overall a solid and user friendly experience. Great QuickBooks integration. And the staff/support is fabulous, always interested in your experience and eager to improve.
Fantastic Support
Bradley always provides fantastic support. He always records a quick video showing me how to execute the question / fix the issue at hand. Just recently I had some issues importing details for a Purchase Order. Bradley helped formatting the document + provided a quick video I will use for the future. Really appreciate the support Bradley as always!
Customer support is awesome
Customer support is awesome! They all seem to really try and customize this around our needs and try to simplify the process and end goals. I have been using this now for a solid month and generated now over 100 purchase orders. I would recommend Procurement Express and their team!

We were recently looking for a PO system that will work for our company and integrate with Quickbooks. Procurement has been wonderful, from the first call setting up the users and plan. To the comprehensive training to ensure that we understand how to use the system. The team meets with us weekly and offers one on one training to ensure that we are able to use the system confidently. Any issues or troubles we might have they have resolved the same day. Everyone is friendly and supportive.

Simply the Best
The most user friendly PO Management system i know. the dashboard is user friendly you can easily navigate through and i love how easily you can download reports for specific periods and statuses of the PO
Fits our remote culture perfectly
We've been using this since it was called RubberStamp. It has made our life much easier for managing POs. We're a very small, remote oriented company and the workflow fits very well into our culture.
Once you've used it you'll never go back. A great option for both static and mobile management.
We were using paper based purchase orders and this was creating more red tape than it was worth as orders were being placed when out of the office, there was no purchase order book available, people forget to fill a purchase order or use a wrong number, a common story for companies with purchase order books.
Enter ProcurementExpress.....simple ordering using an app that allows accurate ordering remotely or in the office. No more incorrect PO numbers, you can send to appropriate people to approve directly and it even sends dan email straight to the supplier. We couldn't ask for more.
Its overall a good application
Its overall a good application, In my opinion it has become more detailed by encompassing all variations, it has to also leave opportunity for multiple reviews and bouncing back and forth between different levels of approvals
