Fantastic company!!! Such a lovely team!! Incredible customer service, great workmanship and a joy to have in my home!! I can't say enough good stuff about this family run business!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!

Callum has been nothing other than exceptional from start to finish from the initial survey to carrying out the work at our house. Not forgetting his helper Harry (Hope I got his name right 🤣) and of course Cassie in the office. Top Team.
Callum answered any questions swiftly and was always on the end of a phone.
I would most certainly recommend Callum & his team if you have any damp issues, you won't be disappointed.

What a lovely chap! Callum was professional, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. The best bit - there was absolutely no hard sell; he did exactly 'what it says on the tin'.
I guess if I was to have any criticism at all, it would be the fact that there was no communication between booking the survey over the phone and the actual survey being done. I started to wonder if I had been duped by one of these ruthless scammers having paid in advance and, aside from the email payment receipt, there was no booking confirmation.
I'm a bit of a worrier so my mind can go in that direction, but I needn't have worried at all! A great service. Highly recommend.

Procure is fantastic specialist company!! As well as being an incredibly nice person to deal with, Callum who came to asses the property for potential damp was incredibly helpful and thorough. He explained everything with care whilst listening to all my concerns and was very straight forward in his assessment, discussing recommendations and options with no attempt to sell work to me!! He clearly knows his stuff and is very good at what he does!! I have accepted the quote and look forward to getting the work done!!

Can’t say enough in praise of this company. Callum arrived and quickly saw that there were other serious issues that needed addressing in addition to the Damp Proofing. He forged ahead, got the additional materials and completed the work in record time, even coming in on Sunday. A1 quality, professional job. 5 Star all the way. Procure are simply the best trade services company we have ever dealt with. From the beginning of the process, Callum (the owner), his office staff and all involved have been courteous, professional and diligent in all communication & contact.
We were buying a new house with multiple damp issues. Callum surveyed and advised the best course of action, even recommending cheaper options of repair, where more costly alternatives could easily have been offered. The two days he was on site along with his brother, were very easy. Both were very friendly, polite and most importantly diligent in their work. You could see they took pride in the quality of what they did, going above and beyond what was quoted for, leaving the place as clean as possible behind them. We would have no hesitation recommending Callum and the Procure Team. Book with confidence here.

So we got some dreaded damp in the living room so knew we had to deal with it. Callum came out and did survey and advised what was needed in ‘no obligation’ quote. We accepted quote and Callum and his young brother came to do the work. Well what can I say they went above and beyond what we expected them to do. Absolute professionals from start to finish! I honestly can't say enough good things about this company's professionalism, customer care, workmanship and after care which has been impeccable start to finish especially it has to be said by their staff member Callum who carried out the initial survey then also project managed the whole works on site and carried out the bulk of it to a high standard including organising the additional guttering work and team we needed to have do some work separately. Communication was incredible throughout and he really went above and beyond including to work longer hours to accommodate extra work that wasn't originally understood to be necessary and to do so managing to knock a whole day off the schedule and still complete everything. I would thoroughly recommend this company and their services, I can't speak about cost as it was the landlord who footed the bill for the work but from what I can see it was worth every penny! 5 stars from us 👍
