I have had my diagnosis and my assessment was really good, lovely lady/professional.
I am ADHD but they continue to support and educate me on facing my diagnosis and moving forward, they showed compassion and empathy! Thank you doesn’t seem enough!

A truly life changing experience and obviously I am going through many emotions and thought processes but the support and understanding from all at Problem Shared has been both reassuring and informative. I have a long path ahead but I feel great with them by my side

I had a dyscalculia assessment with the lovely Emma W! She was wonderful, so kind and patient (even when I found tasks particularly distressing or challenging). She made me feel so comfortable a long the journey. In the follow up call, she broke down the assessment to me and explained the findings in a way that was in-depth but easy to understand. Thank you Emma for your kindness and high standard of care! <3

Really good experience, I was able to get my ADHD assessment much quicker than I was expecting. My assessor was very supportive and informative throughout the two sessions, and the information I’ve received from problem shared after my diagnosis has been really helpful

I felt very at ease when having my assessment, and any problems I had beforehand were easily resolved over the phone.

The professional was very knowledgeable, well prepared and at the same time very welcoming, listening and appreciating additional info/feedback.

I had a wonderful experience being tested for dyslexia. Although apprehensive going into it, and also not convinced I would even get a diagnosis, my assessor was extremely understanding and immediately made me feel safe. I was guided through the whole process with care and made to feel so seen. The process even changed my outlook on neurodivergence and made feel empowered moving forward. It is amazing to be able to understand myself more and I no longer feel so scared to ask for reasonable adjustments going forward.

It was quick. The practitioner was friendly and made me feel at ease.

Clear process. Short waiting list. Forms made sense. Lots of reminders. Video call was easy. Practitioner was really good. Discussed sensitive topics with care. Would definitely recommend

These people made me so calm and relaxed when i had my assessment i felt at ease and could talk to them about anything they really know what they are doing and they send you a copy out by e mail plus they tell you if you have ADHD straight away which is great as you dont want to wait about but i recommend these people to anyone who thinks there is something going on that you dont know about very experianced people Thank you.

Had a lovely comforting lady asses me for autism today and made me feel at ease due in the assessments and made the assessment feel not as long. But I got diagnosed so I’m officially auDHD as now have both ASD and adhd . Thankyou

In-depth consultation and took the time with my son

Everyone that I or my daughter interacted with at ProblemShared was great. Very professional, kind and helpful. The service provided is extremely thorough and response times swift.

ProblemShared has made my ADHD diagnosis and post-diagnosis experience as smooth as possible while I have been coming to terms with a new diagnosis. They have been prompt with reminders and effective with communication and guidance.

I haven't yet completed my full assessment. So far, I’ve found the consultants to be knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. The website is also very good, providing all the necessary information to help you understand your condition and the support available.
The only downside is the lead times. I’m not sure if this is because I’m going through my insurance, but the wait between the pre-assessment and the assessment is around 6 to 8 weeks, and the lead time between the assessment and the first medication consultation is approximately 6 months. I believe there are other services with quicker turnaround times.

The wait time for an assessment was longer than I was initially told and wasn't communicated it had changed and the initial questionnaires are repetitive and long winded causing frustration, especially when youre given a timeframe to fill them out in. Hence 4 stars and not 5. The initial sign up and forms are easy providing your GP isnt a massively awkward prat like mine who thought 5 tick box questions were beneath him and caused me a delay. Once through the waiting list the assessment came quickly and whilst it was two and a half hours, the assessor was lovely, friendly, calming and very attentive. She was very thorough but not in the horrific PIP assessment way. By the end of the call i was as relaxed as i could be, felt almost everything had been covered and been told it would be a couple of days and id have my answers. And i did. I am now diagnosed, working my way through the online paperwork and report sent to me and hoping some of it will help tweak things. I already know a weight has been lifted knowing there are reasons for things now after years of feeling alone and the lovely Mrs Da Silva could not have been more supportive or done a better job checking I was okay and steady before she ended the call. I would absolutely recommend this process to anyone seeking answers, as long as you have patience in bundles and cross your fingers that you get an as understanding and compassionate assessor as i did.
