Delay with Evri loosing parcel, Pro Plates replaced and sent them to us. Eventually it was sorted, would be nice if they had responded earlier but ultimately we got our parcel. Thanks for sorting.

Always perfect
Ordered and had a delay with the shipping due to many orders in place however after contacting them they rapidly got back to me and assured me my order was on the way, arrived earlier then expected and was perfect as to be expected of the company. Can’t wait to order more for my home gym!

Amazing product and customer service
Amazing product and customer service. We did have to wait over a month to receive the rack however this was explained to us and all of our questions were answered promptly. I can’t believe the quality and design of the power rack for the price. Such a good deal. Highly recommend the company and their products. We will be using pro plates again when we need more weight! Thank you.

The service deserves 6 stars. This is an excellent company to deal with and the equipment isn’t half bad either. I have some beautiful plates and a couple of weighted bars. I am well equipped to work out at home. Thank you so much. My next order will be made soon!!!!

I bought a bar and plates last year and I’ve just received my powercage and I love it! It’s really well made, really heavy duty doesn’t wobble when you re rack your bar. I got mine power coated and the colours are exactly what I wanted!
