I want to thank Charles and Tania for exceptional service done on our recent Level 3 Survey. We have been exceptionally pleased by the experience and quality from PRMG. I have been happy start to finish with the help we've gotten!

We’re engaging with PRMG surveyors (Charles) for the second time in regard to the purchase of the property.
As first-time buyers with limited knowledge about UK properties, our experience with Charles, was exceptionally positive.
The survey was conducted efficiently within a short period, showcasing their professionalism and timeliness.
We received call from the surveyor (Jon) on the same day of survey and explained in detail about the findings. The detailed report provided after the survey was comprehensive and well-organized. It included a thorough breakdown of repair costs, which was particularly helpful for planning and budgeting.

Superb experience. The report was comprehensive and quick. There were several issues with the house and Charles and Tania couldn't have been more helpful. The service way exceeded a simple report that many surveyors provide.

Charles and James were highly professional and efficient during the entire process of the survey. They attended to the survey very quickly and the process was over within a week. Furthermore, they were always available when we needed to consult, and happy to answer all of our questions regarding the final report. The service they provide is just superb, and we highly recommend using this firm if you need a home survey.

The level 2 building survey was carried out in a timely manner and Tania produced an extremely comprehensive report. We were impressed that Tania telephoned us on the day of the survey to run through the most pressing issues with the property which enabled us to make contact with the solicitor and buyer without prolonging the purchase process. Really impressed with PRMG and will definitely recommend them in the future.

My father had unfortunately allowed a company to install spray foam in his loft, which meant that we were unable to sell the house (our buyers could not get a mortgage) until the foam had been removed, and an inspection had been carried out by someone who was able to do this very specialist survey. This was all a terrible rush, and I cannot thank Charles enough for the fantastic job he did carrying out the survey, great communication (keeping me informed at all times), and a really detailed report on the roof.

Charles was extremely thorough and professional from the start, this theme was continued in our dealings with Tania who carried out our survey. Couldn't recommend more.

When I first contacted Charles regarding undertaking a survey, he took time to talk to me and understand my situation and requirements which was greatly appreciated. From that point I had a great deal of confidence in him and this is reflected in the survey he produced for me. We had a full structural survey done by PRMG on a property in the AbbeyVille Area of Clapham. From inception you knew you were dealing with a highly professional team. The timeline for the survey was clearly set out, the work was carried out quickly and the report produced on time. The surveyor who undertook the survey caught a number of items which we had not not seen when viewing the property. Due to the detailed nature of the survey we had to undertake a seperate drains survey which uncovered issues we would never have found. What also differentiates PRMG from their competition is the after support they provide if you need to understand the report in more detail or renegotiate the sale price of the property based on the work required, defined and costed in the survey report. As PRMG are totally independent they also help and guide you to prepare for the negotiations with the seller. I cannot rate their services and professionalism enough. A pleasure to deal with this company.

As a first time buyer interested in an old property, the Level 3 Home Survey was carried out by Tania who provided great insights in understanding the elements that require immediate attention. The level of detailed for each item surveyed are illustrated with pictures. I really appreciated the follow up call with Tania scheduled the same day of the survey and the ongoing support during the whole process. Also the legal advice summary within the report helps in having a clear checklist when progressing during the transaction with the conveyancers and their contract enquiries.

We wanted to thank Charles and Will for carrying out our Level 3 RICs survey recently. We found them to be professional and efficient yet incredibly personable and helpful. From within a week of contacting PRMG, the survey had been completed and we had Will's very comprehensive report.
