Privatily Anmeldelser

Privatily made it very easy for me to establish my business in the United States.
Their knowledgeable team guided me through every step, and i'm grateful for their support.

First Review: I just ordered the premium package 3 days ago but to my suprise, I didn't receive a single email acknowledging my payment or my order being received. I reached out to their number on WhatsApp and all I got was "Did you complete the verification form". I replied but haven't gotten a reply yet. I mean who charges for a service and not confirm payment. After seeing all these praise here on Trust Pilot, I feel so disappointed. Communication is key, no matter how busy you guys are.

Updated Review: So I am going to start by apologizing for the misconception regarding not getting a swift response. I love the way they took time to resolve the issue. The email was sent but to the payment email and not the company email I submited. After the call I got, I am now positive that this is going to be a good business relationship. Thank you for reaching out.

Hi guys, I just suddenly hit a stumbling block now cos I need an llc to get stripe for my business and right now, I'm confused. I have spent so many days trying to loom for the perfect agent that will handle this seamlessly for me but I am just scared of being scammed. I have literally seen a lot. I will be really glad if I see any Nigerian that has used privatily here to share me sincerely what working with them looks like. Please I'll appreciate it if anyone can answer me as fast as possible.

I'm even more scared after I read some reviews and I also sent them a mail but didn't get any response.

I've been using Privatily for my UK business and they've been such a great help! They made everything so easy. I always choose the premum package, and this time i found out they provide a dedicated account manager for premium clients, which is super cool! Just found out they're doing Canada company formations as well, and i gotta say that's pretty impressiv! If you're thinking of starting a business in the UK or Canada, I'd defnitely recommend checking them out.
They've been a real lifesaver for me!

I first used Privatily back in 2020 when I needed to set up my UK LTD, and they were outstanding in their support and service. So when it came time to set up a US LLC this year, I didn't think twice about using them again. Their team has consistently been responsive, patient, and Knowledgeable, walking me through each step of the process. It's great to see that their quality of service has remained top-notch over the years. I now have both my UK LTD and US LLC set up seamlessly, allowing me to focus on expanding my business. Thanks again, Privatily! I'll continue recommending you to anyone in need of company formation services.

They take your money and do not answer you anymore. They reply immediately before payment, but after payment, the response time exceeds 1 week and after a while they do not respond at all. Choose more reliable companies.
