Efficient and caring
I used this service recently being unable to get an appointment to see my own GP. I booked online and was rung promptly by a competent and sympathetic GP. She consulted with a colleague to confirm her diagnosis and I was emailed a prescription within 10 minutes. I then had a follow up appointment a few days later.
In the absence of a fit for purpose NHS this company is a lifeline.
It is not overly expensive and the care I received and the efficiency of the service was excellent. I would certainly use them again.

I visited Private Medical Clinic for a blood test and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Before even attending the clinic, the admin team were extremely helpful by email. They provided clear, detailed advice about the type of blood test I needed, the cost involved, and the available appointment times. All my questions were answered promptly and professionally, which made the whole booking process very straightforward and reassuring. When I arrived at the clinic, I was impressed by how well organised everything was. The reception and admin staff were friendly, efficient, and welcoming, and I didn’t have to wait long before being seen. It was obvious that they value both professionalism and good customer service, which really helped put me at ease. The clinician Naima, who carried out the blood test was professional and reassuring. The procedure was quick, gentle, and clearly explained, which made the experience comfortable and stress-free. I felt confident as normally it's very difficult to locate my veins however Naima made this seem very easy and I didn’t feel a thing.
Overall, the combination of excellent administrative support and highly professional medical care made this a very positive experience. It is rare to find a clinic that is both so well organised and genuinely caring in how they deal with patients.
I would not hesitate to recommend Private Medical Clinic to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and professional service.

I’ve been using the clinic for a year

He was attentive
He was attentive. Asked lots of questions to properly diagnose my symptoms. He prescribed antibiotics and within a day and a half my symptoms finally began to improve. I had been feeling bad for 11 days and not improving. I also have asthma and had some irritation in my lungs. I was hesitant to take the steroids he provided but am so glad I did. I hadn’t realised how bad my breathing was until I finally started to feel better. He was also very easy to get an appt. NHS took over 6 hours to get back to me. By that point I had already had my private appointment and began my prescription.
