Alan and his team are amazing very professional did a fantastic job getting our son transferred from the hell hole prison he was in without him it definitely wouldn’t of happened can not thank them enough for there great service

Alan has been dealing with different aspects of prison life for our son,he was located a long way from.home and has been for 5yrs ,after contacting alan the end of 2025 and him sending constant emails to the prison ,our son is now located where we can now have constant visits ,alan is prompt in replying to emails and answering any questions you have and talking you through the system,he went above and beyond and came up with the solution that finally got our son relocated more local to his family ,we are looking forward to the next chapter with alan ,ie recategorisation ,wouldnt think.of using anyone else ,if you need any help.with a family member or friend in any hmp.establishment do not hesitate to contact prisoner rights legal services

When a loved one enters prison the whole world changes. Communication, trust, feelings of desperation and not knowing who to trust all make for the most stressful times. Add to that, fear and we have a very uncertain and scary prisoner and family .
There are literally masses of companies offering help with prison law, I know because I have spoke to most of them, they can be flimsy, greedy and distanced from our real stress and worry. Alan Williams was literally the star that took over all of our worries, he communicated day and night even weekends, and he listened.He was always there to fight for my sons rights . A human angel is how I would describe him , my son trusted him immediately and I felt secure, that whatever the outcome , Alan would do his absolute best, there was never any question that he was ready to go into battle for my son.
He has fought for us and he and his team have won the battle! My son will forever be in their debt for genuinely getting the best result . I still pinch myself that he called me back in my hour of need . 5 stars is not enough , they should receive medals for persistance, care, and doing right by those who need support, guidance and knowledge.
