My experience was very positive. The customer support staff is knowledgeable and they want to resolve any problems. The withdrawal process takes time due to several things: verified documents for identify purposes, casino player rules were followed, etc. so patience is required. In my case, I was very happy with the end results. I was treated with respect even when I asked the same question more than once.

I was approved already for withdrawal by the casino cuz I sent in all my documents. Why is it that after I win, I am still waiting 6 days now for a payout?

I'm not allowed to use any bonuses at Prism Casino. I asked "WHY", but they refused to answer me. So, if you're a gambler in the middle of a good bonus, Prism Casino will throw you out of Prism Casino so they never have to pay!!!

Well one of their points is that they're fair but I don't see what's fair about up 50x playthrough. That doesn't sound very fair to me. Do not sign up total scam when you win you won’t cash out for sure cuz they make you wait freaking 10 business days after that you are not even sure you will get paid. I've had a pending crypto withdrawal for 15 days now. They advertise 1=3 days. My withdrawal still hasn't even been reviewed. I hope to hear from someone soon so I can change my review.

I have won previous after the ridiculous play through. That instance was $375. I tried everything I could do to withdraw and cash out my winnings because they were unresponsive. I ended up re-bidding and gambling my winnings that was 2024 this year I deposited $30 with a bonus and with playing the play through requirements all night long.
I managed to end up with $275 winnings eligible for withdraw. Since January 10 of this year 2025, I have provided Prism casino with my current valid drivers license. Literally rejected five times finally accepted my passport. my bank account, routing number. Swift number and savings account number all verified. They also requested a copy of my banking statement and my utility bill. and rejected the first one because it was 60 days old. The one they accepted finally was from January. It had just came in the mail. I have been asked my place of birth. Everything you can imagine to keep from paying $275.
I have had interactions with Alex Poole. Ele. Who is supposed to be some type of executive financial assistant and Tony. The list goes on and on. You will never get a phone call. You will never be told why your IDs are rejected. I have also supplied the credit card they requested now that it’s being rejected. Don’t waste your money. Even if you do win, you will never receive your winnings. I’m decided not to play the $275 and every day request my winnings until someone can actually tell me why they refuse to pay me as I told them fact is I am a senior, retired legitimate person with the legitimate credentials to cash out this small sum of money and I cannot believe that people can get away with not paying you not contacting you. Nothing this was a total donation and I plan on contacting any type of organization involved with gaming so people can be aware of what Prism is doing. I have been married for 40 years and have had a hyphenated last name for 40 years. Prism absolutely trying to make my life a living hell because my last name is hyphenated so every document had to be to their specificity whether it legal or not, didn’t seem to make a difference. What is absolutely amazing is they will take a deposit no matter what.
No matter the issue with a deposit. They will definitely accommodate you and take your money…so you can always deposit. You will never be able to withdraw.

Total rip-off. Was charged for 2 deposits, and the amount was never credited to my account. Non responsive to several emails. Total scam site.

2/15/25- I will say they made things right and I was paid after weeks of no response, run around and threats to get very public about the situation.

They flat out took out my money. I used the sign up bonus of $200 and my play through was 5000. I went well over my play through. The first problem was my ID and I got that straight. Then they tried to say I didn’t make play through if I hadn’t made play through a withdrawal wouldn’t have been an option. I did my wallet verification deposit and all and they still denied it. Said I had to finish play through. Then I good my deposit back and they took the $100. Saying. That getting my deposit forfeited it. That was for wallet verification. I got nothing.

I will never open anything from enclave him not only did I win $6500. It said that I cashed out and it is nowhere in my account. I’ve been waiting for four days for an email back and will email me back.

I did eventually receive my money so wanted to update.

I would give this casino less than one star if it were possible. I won and requested my 850 dollars and waited and waited. I was told 7 to 10 days for approval and waited beyond that by a number of days and finally got them to escalate and was told I would have within 3 days or less that was on Nov 26th. It is now Dec 8th. I have had it escalated twice both people saying it would be looked at... and 2 people refusing to escalate claiming that it is a 7 to 10 day wait... although the prism website clearly states differently. I really don't know why it is such a problem to pay out winnings. I guess maybe they are playing with our money for the month they keep it... maybe playing the bitcoin market or something. It is frustrating
Over a month of waiting and believing that the payment would come only to be disappointed again. On top of that because of not having money to re wager I have lost all the good promotions at most of the casinos. It is beyond frustrating
