Fantastic! Great product, great quality vinyl and sleeve printing. The design your own stickers for the centre is a great bonus. My daughter love designing the sleeve, it looks amazing and lived choosing the songs. We’d made a little mistake, the team got in touch really quickly and helped us resolve it with no fuss and were really kind. Absolutely brilliant product and service. It’s a really well loved, special gift that will be treasured. Thank you

Honestly the packaging and the looks of it is great.
But the sound quality is awful,
I contacted customer service, provided 2 videos showing the bad quality of the vinyl, and 1 video for comparison.
And they accused me of altering the video and amplifying the noise, then refused to give me an exchange nor refund.

It's such a shame that they are treating their customers like that.
I wanted to leave 5 stars, but ended up as 1 since you can just look at how beautiful the vinyl is but its not usable at all.

Amazing company helped me make sure that the quality of my custom vinyl came out great. The reached out to make sure that the cover art came out perfect since I forgot to account for page bleeding when I submitted the images. Delivery was great too, got shipped and delivered to me within ~2 weeks.

My best friend/brother unfortunately and tragically passed away almost 2 years ago. His dream has always been music, and my dream was to make his dream come true. PrintYourVinyl made that possible for me. I made a vinyl with his music for our mothers birthday a year ago and loved it so much that I had to come back and order another copy for myself! Forever thankful for the memories PrintYourVinyl was able to capture so beautifully!

I recently had an amazing experience with a Print Your Vinyl that created a personalized record featuring photos of my friends’ wedding along with their wedding songs. The ability to send Spotify links for the songs made the process so seamless. The customer service was outstanding—quick, efficient, and incredibly friendly. They ensured that my record arrived on time and everything was perfect. I’ve been raving about them to my friends and can’t wait to create another custom vinyl with them. The quality of the final product was fantastic, making it a truly memorable keepsake! Highly recommend this company!

Vinyl arrived safely in perfect condition and was a great quality

This is my 2nd album I had made and it is just as great as the 1st. Audio quality is top notch just as the quality of the vinyl & the sleeve. I definitely recommend and will be ordering again.

Amazing gift, fun project to make and he absolutely loved it. However my pictures were a tad blurry (taken on an iPhone 13 pro max) and don’t put the writing too close to the edges or it might get cut off. But the sound quality was perfect and he will definitely be ordering again!

the website is very easy to use, instructions are very clear and they offer videos and more to help you with your vinyl. the price is great i personally bought mine on a sale that they were having and it was amazing. i got my record less than two weeks after i ordered it which was super quick for it being a customized item. they are also very fast with updates and the customer service is great. i would 100% recommend!!!

Really loved our record and it was the best anniversary present for my husband. We love listening to it and think the cover photos we chose for the album came out so clear it’s such a nice display! Will be buying again for different occasions.

Great experience creating my anniversary gift--a vinyl cover. I needed to make an edit post my initial submission and the team was responsive and helpful. Product arrived on time and the quality was spectacular.

OBSESSED with our custom records from Print Your Vinyl!!! Both the cover art and vinyl itself are extremely high quality so they certainly feel professionally made. We provided high-res photos for the art so I definitely suggest doing so if you want the most polished look.

What also makes Print Your Vinyl deserve 5 stars and more is that we had a couple issues when submitting the order, but their support team was incredibly fast in responding and going above and beyond to resolve what we were having trouble with. Absolutely world class customer service and I would recommend their products to anyone and everyone. Plus, what a cool freaking thing to have your favorite songs on a record with art of your choice. I can't wait to make more!

It took forever to get, then when I finally got it the quality was TERRIBLE. I never write reviews but please don’t purchase from them.

I still haven’t received my order. It has been over a month and should have been here in time for Christmas. Awful. I wrote them again today.

Update- as of yesterday it finally arrived. I haven’t talked to the recipient yet to determine its quality. It was a gift.

Record almost worked… but then it had at least 9 different 15 second gaps in music… so every song had just random parts missing. They offered me a 25% refund on a $200 product - what a joke. So much for that 100% satisfaction guarantee… AND it took forever to arrive. Don’t waste your money.

Potential Scam

Note this is my experience and not necessarily everyone's but thought I should warn people from using this website.

Package never arrived after I spent $200 on a record that had priority process and expedited shipping.

Took them two weeks to allegedly start processing my vinyl and then another two weeks before they shipped it out.

The package never arrived and they refused any sort of compensation, no refund, no replacement, nothing. To process a replacement they said I needed to have purchased insurance, which would be fair if they actually offered this as a purchase option. At the time of my purchase at the very least, it was not.

They had customer service representatives that I did talk with but were not helpful, more or less repeated to me what I could see on my tracking number.

From my experience I would not recommend using this site.
