Joe knows his job inside out and was able to resolve my technical issues in a few minutes, great company to deal with, we rarely have issues and if we do Joe is at hand to resolve them
Teknikerne deres er visst allergiske mot å svare på telefon – vi prøvde mange ganger uten å lykkes. Når man endelig får napp, er svaret «Jeg har ikke tid nå»… men merkelig nok har de god tid til å skrive lange tekstmeldinger i stedet for å faktisk hjelpe. Svar på enkle spørsmål må man vente i dagevis på, som om kunden har all verdens tid.
Prisen? Absolutt ikke lav. Men så lenge dere er de eneste som selger denne typen varer i Norge, må vi dessverre forholde oss til dere – som et nødvendig onde
