Just like all the reviews below my experience is shockingly similar. Ordered on 16th September and still not received my order. I have made contact x3 times and not received a reply to any of my emails. I'm absolutely amazed that these cowboys are in business. This joint is a scam and I'll be going through the process of a chargeback as it's been over a month and nothing.
Stay clear.

Completely disaster!!!!! I have ordered last week and I still did not receive the products. They promised a delivery in 2 business day. Courier did not come, I did not receive a phone call either.

At the end, you try to contact with customer services and there isn't any contact number. You send email and wait.

I received the response. After waiting for 7 days below is the answer:

I logged in the courier website. There is a tracking and it shows that my items were picked up by the courier and not been tried to delivered. It just stays there.

So why on earth, why you mention on your website delivery in 2 business days. You are simply not telling the customers the truth.

If it was a click and collect order, I would have understand this but it was not.

I wish I have checked the Trustpilot before I placed the order.

At the end, keep it far far away from this company since you might end up the same way as I am.

Labels do not work in printer. Contacted the company by email three time and no response.

Had to file a PayPal dispute to hopefully recover my money.

paid for my order on 15th sept and still not received anything, i have emailed them many times and not had a single reply.

do not place an order with this company and stay away or you will be like me.... out of pocket and no goods.

Still waiting for goods to arrive, order was placed and paid for on 21 September 2022. Sent two emails requesting update, no response at all. Feel it is very bad service. We are a primary school and will in future have to find another supplier.

Sent wrong item and consistently fails to respond to emails.

ORDERED ON 28TH JULY STILL NOT RECEIVED HAVE EMAILD ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS WITHOUT ANY ONE GETTING BACK TO ME I AM NOT HAPPY

The order was not complete. I am still waiting for missing items and VAT invoice

Do not use this company we have ordered 50 rolls from them and it has been over 2 weeks we have tried to contact them and had nothing back we have spent over £200 we will be talking this to the Financial Ombudsman

This was my third order with printing saver. First order was ok Second order they missed out 1 item and Third order they missed out 2 items. They don't include delivery notes or VAT invoices (which I need for my business) despite request and now 4 days later I am waiting for a reply from my email. Cant find a phone number for them anywhere.

Absolutely rubbish service and communication. Never got the products or tracking info. Emailed several times for it. Then after 1 week they just cancelled order. Load of rubbish

Placed my order on the Saturday 09/07/2022, stated order delivery in 2 business days, no order recieved and ignored all e-mails i sent regarding the order. Opened claim with Paypal and then finally got a message 7 days later stating issues with delivery logistics i expect because of opening the claim.......what a load of rubbish as if there was issues with the logistics why not e-mail me back explaining this instead of ignoring the e-mails, i believe they did not have my order in stock and just tried to come up with a excuse that was acceptable. Will never be using again.

Very fast service delivery was earlier than I was told, highly recommended looking forward to working with these guys again

did not receive goods as per previous orders. did get a refund but i had to prove goods had not been received by sending a screen shot of tracking information

Ordered 2 Brother TZ 141 Label tapes on 26 May 2022 and still waiting
your Email address not working How can any one contact you if they have a Problem
i want a refund they take your Money and probably don,t have the Stock
Scam Company

cancelled every order I made after taking the moeny

1st order, was the wrong product, currently being returned.
2nd order, says delivered, no-one can find it ...

I'm currently waiting for a reply for the 2nd order, we need to know who signed for it to have any hope of finding it ...
