I ordered on 2 weeks before holiday and paid extra for 1-3 days shipping. It took 10 days before they even finished my order. I've asked for a refund and have not heard back. Very disappointed. Items will not arrive until after Holiday is past and they had mentioned after my order it was on track.

Come to realize they don't even do their own packing or shipping, but use a third party. No control over the process and no ownership.

Very frustrating experience and I paid an extra $22 to ship 3 shirts.

I made a purchase on Novemeber 20th, only to realize I wanted to change the order. I wanted the front design T-shirt to be on the back and add a front left shoulder logo. Not only did they email me back quickly, but they also answered my email after business hours and on the weekend! I thought for sure I wouldn't hear anything back until , at the lease, the following week day. They answered back quickly and sounded sincere to make a customer happy.
I explained that the shirts were for capturing a very memorable moment for myself and my family. This company quickly changed my order, showed me what the shirts would look like, and shipped them so quickly. I received the shirts on the 28th, and they look great.
I would definitely recommend using this company.

I found a T-shirt that was originally designed by an artist and posted to their social media (but hasn't been released yet) on this site, as well as multiple others. Beware of scams and stolen art!

I’m waiting on a response for a shipping address error for a Detroit Lions shirt before it ships

The wrong shirt was originally sent. I contacted the company and I was told right away that I could keep the wrong item and they would reprint the correct shirt. They rushed the order and I received the replacement before Christmas as it was a gift. This company stands by their work and will make the order right if there's a mistake. That is the reason for 5 stars, we'll that and the rush to reprint and get product to me before Christmas.

There was a misprint on the first shirt I received for the Dallas/Houston football game. They had sold out at the game, so I purchased the shirt online to surprise my 16 year old grandson. He had attended the game with his dad and step-dad. It had been a special time for him. I contacted the company. They were great about sending me a corrected shirt with free shipping. I received it quickly and have it wrapped waiting for Christmas.

Great quality, selection, and REAL customer service. Slight problem with my order due to a web problem not a quality problem. A real person in customer service got back to me quickly and corrected the issue immediately.

The Quality is not to of the print is not to the standard I was thought it would be. (Super Grainy image) would like a refund. Absolutely do not want to keep them, you will not pay for the the return shipping to have them returned to you.

I have never received the item. It has been in the “mail” system for 2 weeks now. I will be requesting a refund. This is insane

Quality of shirt was better than expected

it appeared in the ad that the t shirts were izzone like the shirts that the students wear for bball- shirts sent were an outline of the izzone shirts in black and white, not green and white

T-Shirt. It came as described in a color of my choice. The fabric was good quality. I am pleased with my purchase.

Horrible, horrible, horrible quality. When I contacted them and sent multiple pictures as proof, they said it was supposed to look that way. Guys face was blue on the tshirt. Super pixilated. They don't stand behind their own policy listed on their website. Don't buy from them!

The product took a little bit longer to get delivered than expected. Although, it showed up none the less and was exactly what I was expecting.
