Hi Fergal... apologies for the late reply - we have only actually seen your review.
We are certainly not scammers, and we can see that your pot was in fact eventually delivered. As with all our orders, we post them out within 24 hours of the order being made. However, since late 2022 all international orders with the Royal Mail have been infuriatingly slow and inconsistent with delivery times. This is something that unfortunately is completely out of our control, and continues to cause us issues for no fault of our own. This is not a problem unique for us, it's is a nationwide issue for thousands of companies who ship internationally from the UK with Royal Mail.
Again, we sincerely apologize with how long it took to be delivered and we have logged a complaint with Royal Mail, and we are currently looking into other options for international orders going forward.
We would greatly appreciate if you could edit your review and refrain from calling us scammers as that is completely false. The star rating and a legit review of your experience is fine (although frustratingly not our fault) - but calling us scammers is a a lie that can cause unfair damage.

5* customer service with a product that genuinely works
I wanted to write this review after having allowed the Shilajit to build up in my system and give an accurate review. First off, the customer service has been nothing short of excellent from the word go - I reached out to Primul with a few questions regarding the product and they responded quickly, covering everything I needed.
In terms of the product itself, i'm generally someone who is suspicious of snake oil supplements — this is definitely NOT that. This is my experience after a week or so of daily consumption:
Reduced levels of brain fog
Higher cognitive function
Less cognitive fatigue throughout the day
Increased libido
Consistent levels of motivation (particularly regarding training and work)
The effects are subtle but are greater than the sum of their parts once they start stacking. Will be buying again.

This product has changed my life
This product has changed my life. I have a lot more energy throughout the day, and I no longer suffer from brainfog. If you’re into sports, this is great for muscle recovery. Definitely a great add to anyone who’s really busy on a day-to-day basis.

Been using Primul since around…
Been using Primul since around September and noticed such a difference daily in my brain clarity and energy.
About 2 months in to taking it I went for a job promotion that was a stretch but when I had to go in and present for half an hour, with Primul Shilijit I felt sharp and ready, usually I'd encounter a bit of brain fog under the pressure but I had complete clarity and a perfect amount of energy.
It has replaced coffee as I get a daily boost of energy as opposed to having the ups and downs of coffee
Primul has become my go to brand for Shilijit, very active business on Instagram and always happy to answer any questions plus delivery was 2 days with regular communication from the point of purchase
