After spending allot of money on my small bathroom refurbishment, within 18 months the rainfall shower head started dripping. The shower control unit needed replacing and the cartridges are not replaceable. Contacted Primo and was told the unit is on order and will be 8 weeks, I asked Antony if he can install it and was assured he can. More than 8 weeks later contacted him and was told the unit is in stock but he is too busy to install it, I said I would wait but he said there was no way he would have time to get a plumber to do it as it is easy job( it is not easy as it is built in the wall)The next morning the unit was left on my doorstep and Antony did not care less about customer service as I got the impression he had more expensive bathrooms to install and not interested in my job or care about my situation which I said I would pay for him to do. I made it clear I was not happy with his customer service and because he had to drive far to pick up the unit was not happy with my comment ( it’s not my fault poor quality products were used)If I wanted a plumber to do the job I would not have paid a small fortune and employed Primo in the first place, I paid a premium for a poor quality product which has not lasted and now I am left with a faulty shower control unit and shower constantly dripping and staining my tiles, the replacement part is no good to me if you can’t be bothered to install it. Thanks Primo, I’m sure if I was a new customer you would make time to install a new bathroom. Unacceptable customer service and couldn’t care less attitude after being paid allot of money.

Ant/Primo recently completed their second bathroom for us and again we are delighted with the results. Ant is so helpful during the planning stage; he made useful suggestions that were in keeping with the style we were aiming for and was very patient when we changed our minds! Whilst at the house, Ant clearly communicated how things were progressing and they always left the house clean and tidy. Ant is a complete perfectionist and has incredible attention to detail. So, I don’t usually leave reviews. And I if I do, I don’t ever do more than one site. However this time I must. I met Ant purely by chance and I’m exceptionally lucky that I did. He tiled our en-suite wet room. The quality of workmanship was incredible. For someone like me with OCD, it was perfect. He was on time everyday. Communication was second to none. Tidy. Knowledgable. Reasonably priced. Mega hard worker. I’m very selective who I let work on my house, and I’ll tell you now. There won’t be anyone else doing bathroom / tiling work in this house except Ant. I’m about to book him to do my other bathrooms. I honestly can’t recommend him enough! Book him. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Ant for a great job mate.

We were delighted with the level of service and finish to our downstairs cloakroom. Ant from Primo advised on products and design, removed the old wc cloakroom and refitted with honed marble tiling and high quality fixtures and fittings. The attention to detail given throughout was to a consistently high standard and the finished room more than met our expectations. I gave Ant the task of sourcing my whole bathroom (tiles, shower, bath, toilet, sink etc..) and doing tiling. He was super professional, creative with the design and the tiling is spotless.

Ant was there on the days he said he would be and finished on time. This can be a challenge for some tradesmen!

I couldn’t recommend another tiler to anyone apart from Ant. 👍🏻

Primo bathrooms absolutely smashed my downstairs cloakroom out of the park! I had a marble floor and wall tiles fitted including floating toilet sink and mixer tap. All high end products where Anthony at Primo knew all the products and made it so simple. I would not hesitate to recommend this business and will be using again in the future.
