AVOID. I wish I had read read the reviews before purchasing, I ordered 2 jumpers, really poor quality and the wrong size sent. They have given my a return address but expect me to pay for return regardless of the fault being theirs. The jumpers arrived separately, They are using cheap distributors and charging a lot of money. Definitely scammers. Not returning my emails

Made 2 different orders one week apart. The first order arrived and was terrible quality, the sizing was way off and not worth the price sold. They take very long to respond to emails and there is no information on how to even return items. The second order hasn't even arrived and again there is poor communication from Primo. It seems very dodgy would advise to avoid at all costs. Even if you do recieve your items the quality is terrible not worth it at all.

My son purchased a fleece costing £55, this was not suitable. Quality was shocking. We sent it back and tracked it. It arrived back and received confirmation. This was in October, he still has not received his money and they do not respond to any emails or messages.

Scammers, dont send your product avoid!

I Ordered a medium and they sent a large. Unable to contact them. Sent 3 emails and still no reply. Im stuck with a jumper that dont fit and gives static shock. Great Christmas present!!

Ordered a black air racing jacket. Every label/logo was spelt wrong. Some patches were just a jumble of random letters instead of actual words/sentences. Stitching was awful and the material was very cheap. The jacket was thinner than most t shirts and provided no warmth, material was incredibly thin. Definitely not worth £70.
When I emailed to ask about a return they replied once asking why I wanted to return it, since then they’ve ignored every email I’ve sent. I’ve sent the jacket back anyways but still have received no refund, despite it being within the 30 day period. Although it is almost impossible to return it within that period because the company is based in China

This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs if you Google image search the items they are available on Ali Express and Temu for a fraction of the price. They don’t provide full returns information and their website is listed as potentially dangerous when you scroll through any vague reviews that are available. The top I bought gives me static shocks its such awful synthetic cheap material. I dread to think of the conditions of those who made it. I wish I’d done more research first. Also 1 review on Trustpilot says it all. Avoid, avoid avoid. I don’t imagine i’ll get a refund but will send the top back into a black hole and learn a good lesson. This is a drop-shipping con and nothing to do with reputable fashion or retail. Feel sick I fell for it, don’t do the same!

Good quality however the shipping did take a while to arrive. However the customer service was on point and they explained the order will take 7-10 days to arrive.
