Daryl was amazing let me know when he would be arriving 20 mins before he was very kind and listen to the old lady. Kind to my cats ( that's always a winner). Got the job done and there was no fuse for me.

Arranged for a call regarding air conditioning unit to be installed. The representative called back the day and time arranged and explained everything. When we decided to go ahead another representative went through all the paperwork, albeit via computer, and the installation date was arranged. The installation went smoothly and the unit is working fine. I would recommend this company.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Tony explained what the best heat pump, with all the features; explained how the system works, and the process and cost to have fitted. Daryl, who fitted the heat pump system, was excellent. Very clean, tidy and courteous, with loads of knowledge of the system. He explained everything to me once it was fitted. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any of my future needs, or for recommending them.

The engineer was very efficient and tidy

Originally, the company seemed helpful and informative, however once payment had been made and the installation had been done, contacting them became almost impossible. All of my messages to the agent I had been speaking to were being ignored along with all calls.
We had previously agreed for additional work to be completed, however they failed to request more information from me, which they are now trying to blame me for. The engineer said that they had no knowledge of the additional work at all, meaning that the company had not informed the 3rd party contractor of all of the work completed.

As the work has not been completed as agreed, I have advised that I will not be making the final payment, which they have now threatened dept collection.

When finally speaking to the agent, after many ignored calls and messages, they started to give me attitude and shifting the blame away from themselves instead of taking accountability.

Customer service is shocking.

I had daryl from prime time boilers come out, and bless him he was here all day and seriously went above and beyond, his work ethic was outstanding and the quality of his installation was superb. He left everything super neat and tidy and the finish around drilled holes in the brick looked like it had always been there. Thank you so much Daryl was really nice to meet you.

I had my boiler service today by Daryl. He is a excellent engineer very efficient and very helpful. I'm very happy to see him when my boiler service is up for my yearly service. Thanks for your excellent work.

Very professional and good service

My experience with primetime boilers
After installation of a new boiler on 1st dec 2025 the next day i complained about it not working properly ,It turned out it had been wired up incorrectly by their so called engineer ,After several weeks of endless phone calls it was finally rectified or so i thought ,During installation brickwork was removed and replaced to a standard bordering on vandalism ( i have the photographs ) ,Again after endless phone calls this was semi rectified at the same time , On july15 i noticed the work outside around the flue had not been done , So once again i contacted Prime Time Boilers ,After discussion i i informed them i did not want a visit from their workmen and i would do the work myself ,So we agreed on a verry low compensation of £50 which i am still waiting for ,Yesterday i was told by phone call after chasing them that it had been processed last friday ,in another phone call i discovered it had not ,but i have been promised that it would be paid today without fail ,To anyone who does not want to repeat my experience GO ELSWARE after sales service is not good.

Wasn't totally smooth fitter said he would have to come back the week after but my wife pointed out that on the feedback forum that was a regular excuse but after confronting him regarding this matter he had change of heart and finished the job same day apart from one missing pipe he said that he would be back on the following Monday as he didn't work weekends and thinking this was not going to happen Monday afternoon he turned up and finished the job
To be completely honest with you I really don't think that he would have completed the work I'd my wife hadn't confronted him about the similarities from all the feedback
But he did and we are very happy

Everything was simple and efficient from the start to the finish. The staff were friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable and there was no hidden costs, also the finance was explained clearly and I was given good advice. I would recommend.

Very pleased with the complete service provided by Prime Time Boilers with the supply & installation of our new boiler. Regular contact all the way from ordering to installation to ensure we were satisfied with the progress of our order.
The initial visit by their surveyor Ralph Garnish was very encouraging and gave us confidence we were dealing with a professional company, the price proved to be very competitive as well which surprised us.
The installation by their Engineer Callum was again very satisfactory and carried out with the minimum of inconvenience. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Big Thankyou to senior boiler engineer Mark for servicing my boiler today. He was friendly and professional, and he actually carried out the service according to the manufacturers guidelines.

He was very polite and professional. He gave me good advice to help maintaining my boiler.

The service engineer arrived on time. He was very helpful and checked all necessary things. This included some things that haven’t been checked in the past as far as I know. Checking the gas meter for instance.
He was very polite and friendly.
I would certainly recommend this company for its service.
However, I did find trying to contact them a little difficult.

Prime Time Boilers installed three air conditioning units in our home this summer, and we have been really impressed with the whole experience.

The installation team were exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and friendly. When they arrived, they identified that the original design needed to be adjusted slightly because of the practicalities of our house. They explained everything clearly and adapted the installation without any fuss.

The installation itself was completed quickly and to a very high standard. Both the engineers and electricians were polite, respectful of our home and left everything incredibly tidy at the end of each day.

The head office team also deserves a mention. They were always quick to respond to any questions, dealt with queries efficiently and made the whole process feel smooth and well organised. They took care of all the paperwork, including registering the manufacturers' warranties, explaining the servicing options and following up after the installation, which gave us real confidence that they stand behind their work.

Overall, we're delighted with the finished installation and the service we received. From the initial enquiry through to installation and aftercare, the whole experience has been professional, efficient and customer-focused. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prime Time Boilers to anyone considering air conditioning.
